Selling Sunset’s Jason Oppenheim has revealed Netflix has yet to confirm the future of the hit reality TV show, as doubt was cast over who would return in the wake of the explosive seventh season.

The drama-packed series dropped on the streaming giant last week and saw Brie Tiesi sensationally storm out, declaring she was ‘done’ – while Mary Fitzgerald hinted Crishell Stause could also quit after tiring of the constant feuds with her costars.

Oppenheim Group co-founder, Jason, 46, is optimistic, claiming he doesn’t think there is a ‘possibility’ that the show will not return.

Speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com, he said: ‘I anticipate that we’re gonna just keep on going, but that’s really going to be a Netflix decision and a Netflix announcement.

‘Listen, we love working with Netflix, and you know, we’re one of their most successful shows. So I don’t see a possibility of us not moving forward. But like I said, that’s just above my head type of announcement.’

While Jason is confident that more Selling Sunset is on the cards, speculation is rife over whether luxury realtor agents Bre, 32, and Chrishell, 42, will be on board for an eighth season.

Last week Mary, also 42, admitted she wouldn’t be surprised if Chrishell, who recently married her partner G Flip, walks away.

‘I know that she’s expressed frustrations where she’s like, I just don’t need this in my life,’ she told DailyMail.com exclusively.

‘And you know, she’s traveling with G and she’s just super happy in her relationship. So, I really hope she stays.’

Mary added: ‘I really don’t know what, what her decision is going to be. I haven’t heard that she’s leaving, but I also just know from talking to her that she just wants peace. She’s kind of on my page.’

As for her own future on the show, Mary said: ‘I’m stressed out every season and everybody’s drama, so I can’t imagine that I won’t be able to handle it going forward.

‘But I don’t know. We’ll see. Maybe I might have to take a little step back like I did this season, if I get pregnant again, to make sure for just for my own mental and physical health. But other than that, I plan to continue.’

It also remains to be seen as to whether Bre will make her grand return after she dramatically walked out of the Oppenheim Group’s new LA office opening in the finale following a heated clash with fellow colleague Chelsea Lazkani.

Jason insisted that he and Bre are civil, but wasn’t forthcoming when pressed on whether she’s still an agent at the brokerage .

‘You’d have to ask her,’ he said, before insisting: ‘I am [on good terms with Bre].’

Weighing in on her viscous spat with Chelsea at his milestone bash, Jason continued: ‘I was at the party, and I experienced it as it was unfolding.

‘I get that we’re filming a show and those things happen, and I’m assuming that stuff probably drives the audience, but obviously I don’t want those things occurring during my opening.’

Netflix has confirmed a reunion show will air on November 15, hosted by Queer Eye’s  Tan France.
