No, we’re not talking about the steaming mess that is Chuck E. Cheese’s pizza; rather, it’s a potential lawsuit from the mother of the youngster who was ignored by their mascot.

The mother of the little Black child who recently experienced discrimination at a CEC in New Jersey, Naney D. Muhammad, confirms to TMZ that she is ready to file a lawsuit against the pizza restaurant for what she views as overt and obvious racism.

Nancy claims to have noticed a pattern of this kind of behavior at kids’ indoor play places and amusement parks, and she feels it tragic that she and her daughter experienced it at Chuck E. Cheese.

She claims that CEC corporate sent out a boilerplate statement, which she believes to be devoid of any sincere apologies. As a result, she says she is talking with her attorney about her next course of action so that justice can be served. No child should ever be forced to feel the way hers did that day, in her opinion.

Of course, given what has already occurred at Sesame Place, this may simply be the most recent in a series of cases. There has already been one class action lawsuit brought against the theme park in Pennsylvania.

Speaking of Sesame, Nancy says she compares what happened to Chuck to what occurred there, but she would still take her daughter to see Elmo and company. Watch to learn more.
