Aaron Rodgers has always been very vocal about people who blindly take the Covid-19 vaccines, especially since he was suspended by the NFL for refusing to take it. Currently, he is recovering from a serious Achilles tendon injury but he was already playing at the highest level before it happened as the punishment was lifted. As it turns out, there is a major division between people who believe in vaccines and those who don’t. Multiple public figures have gone after Aaron Rodgers for his stance on vaccines and he has taken shots back at them too. Famously, presenter Keith Olbermann was glad Rodgers got injured for refusing to take the vaccine. He advised Keith to take his fifth booster. Aaron also called Travis Kelce ‘Mr. Pfizer’ for the commercial he shot with the big pharma company that promotes vaccines.

Aaron Rodgers taunts Travis Kelce after Chiefs vs. Jets gameRoberto Ortega

Aaron Rodgers get’s a response from Travis Kelce

All of these snappy comments were made in the most comfortable place possible for Aaron Rodgers: The Pat McAfee Show on ESPN. For years, Rodgers and McAfee have been good friends and shared some great moments on this show. When he called Kelce ‘Mr. Pfizer‘, people probably expected Travis to snap back. Instead, he said this: “I thought it was pretty good. With the ‘stache, I look like a guy named Mr. Pfizer. Who knew I’d get into vax wars with Aaron Rodgers, man? Mr. Pfizer versus the Johnson & Johnson family over there. Once I got the vaccine – I got it because of keeping myself safe, my family safe and the people in this building [safe] – so yeah I stand by it. One thousand percent. And I’m fully comfortable with him calling me ‘Mr. Pfizer.'”

A response that was completely unexpected from the Chiefs’ TE, ellegant in every word and with no urge to behave in antagonistic fashion towards Aaron Rodgers. There is even some footage of both stars before the game where they seemed to laugh and get along perfectly. Some even think there is a big possibility Aaron Rodgers called Travis ‘Mr. Pfizer’ right to his face. The Jets’ QB has always been frontal with everybody, so that doesn’t sound too hard to believe. Regardless of this exchange, it’s pretty clear none of them have a problem with each other.
