Giff Smith, who has been with the Chargers since 2016, brings a wealth of experience to his new role. He previously served as the defensive line coach before transitioning to outside linebackers this year. Wooden has a lot of experience
JoJo Wooden, who has been with the Chargers since 2013, has a strong background in player personnel and scouting. With his extensive experience in both pro and college scouting, Wooden is well-equipped to take on the responsibilities of interim General Manager.
