A popular Meadowhall restaurant has hosted a culinary party to celebrate being named Sheffield’s best.

Last year, we reported Carluccio’s in Meadowhall was crowned best restaurant in Sheffield in the 2023 British Restaurant Awards. Taking place to mark six months since they received that accolade, the venue welcomed a mix of loyal customers, media professionals and social media influencers to their party.

Guests not only had the opportunity to experience the exquisite dishes featured in Carluccio’s menu and curated by Eric Chauvet, a cherished member of the Carluccio’s family since his tenure at our Neal Street establishment, trained by Antonio Carluccio himself, but were also able to soak in the ambiance of the restaurant and indulge in the warm hospitality that Carluccio’s is known for.

Reflecting on the event, Carluccio’s operations manager Elizabeth Walker, said: “We are thrilled to have welcomed our guests to this evening of celebration and culinary indulgence. This event is a testament to our commitment to excellence and our unwavering dedication to providing exceptional dining experiences. We look forward to sharing the magic of Carluccio’s with our esteemed guests and continuing to exceed expectations in the months and years to come.”

Darren Pearce, centre director at Meadowhall, added: “We’re always looking to offer our visitors the very best experiences, so it’s a pleasure to have the restaurant that has won an award as the best in Sheffield right here at Meadowhall. A huge congratulations to the team.”
