Britain’s Got Talent got off to a flyer on Saturday as the new series brought TWO golden buzzers in a dramatic 90 minutes with some highs and lows including some odd AI singers, a belching American and a singer who stunned Simon Cowell and won Amanda Holden’s golden buzzer.

But it wasn’t without its share of grumbles and in that respect Sunday picked up where Saturday left off as Bradford boy Trey, 10, was pulled into an ITV fakery row minutes into the second episode tonight.

Viewers saw Trey, 10, being invited to see dance troupe and former BGT winners Diversity performing in Bradford.

But viewers were then told there was another twist, with Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon leaping out to surprise Trey and tell him that he’s actually being invited to audition for Britain’s Got Talent after they were ‘told he’s a great dancer’.

Viewers then saw Trey tearing up his audition after Alesha shouted ‘please be good’ to the boy as he took to the stage in front of a live audience.

Fans of the show hated the episode, though, and said it was clearly staged and that there was no chance little Trey wouldn’t be put through given he was hand picked to audition.

He was very good, mind.

@AAAngels05 said: “How much are you betting that Trey is a dancer from the kids version of Diversity tho and that Amanda and Alesha haven’t just “found him” in Bradford while he was watching Diversity with no one else in the audience”

@ashb269 said: “isn’t it a bit unfair that he’s bagged the audition by direct invitation from 2 of the show’s judges???? #BritainsGotTalent”

@jaithegsd said: “Jesus I hate these segments, it’s hardly auditioning when he’s literally been hand picked. #BritainsGotTalent”

Trey got four yeses and sailed through to the next round.
