Brentford striker Neal Maupay has trolled Scott McTominay as he continues to make his mark as the Premier League‘s biggest villain.

Thomas Frank’s men earned a 1-1 draw with Manchester United through Kristoffer Ajer’s 99th minute strike which cancelled out Mason Mount‘s opener three minutes earlier.

Maupay and McTominay were involved in a off the ball tussle as Brentford seeked to make an attack in the dying moments.

Referee Simon Hopper booked both players for their involvement and Maupay took to social media to aim a dig at the midfielder.

The Frenchman wrote on X: ‘This fan was desperate for my shirt’.

The Brentford man’s post did not go down well with Darts star and Man United supporter Luke Littler, with the teenage sensation hitting back, ‘Talks more than he scores!’

Maupay’s latest jibe comes from the back of a number of spats with other players and coaches across this season.

He ruffled feathers when he mimicked James Maddison’s darts celebration after scoring against Tottenham , leading to a heated confrontation between the two players on the pitch.

Maddison criticised the forward in his post-match interview following Tottenham’s 3-2 win in the game, with the pair again clashing on social media.

Just days later, Maupay clashed with Manchester City’s Kyle Walker when he was accused of making comments about the defender’s children.

The forward was slammed for his actions but has insisted he has never crossed a line, denying the allegations around his supposed comments to Walker in his side’s 3-1 defeat to the Champions on February 5.

West Ham assistant manager Kevin Nolan was spotted furiously confronting him during Brentford’s 4-2 defeat at the London Stadium on February 26.

Maupay has scored six goals and provided three goals since returning to Brentford on loan from Everton last summer.
