National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh is entitled to summary judgment in a PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP employeeâs lawsuit seeking $500,000 in accidental death benefits on behalf of her husband, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts held.
