Early Life and Education
Brad Goreski was born on August 15, 1977 in Port Perry, Ontario, Canada. As a young adult in 2003, he moved to Los Angeles, California, where he attended the University of Southern California. An art history major, Goreski graduated from USC with his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2007. Right after graduating, he became an assistant at the West Coast offices of Vogue magazine.
Celebrity Stylist
In 2008, Goreski began appearing on the Bravo reality documentary television series “The Rachel Zoe Project” as the associate and style director to celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe. He remained on the show for its first three seasons through 2010, at which time he had a falling out with Zoe. Goreski subsequently went to work as his own independent celebrity fashion stylist.
After leaving Zoe and her show, Goreski starred on his own Bravo reality documentary series, “It’s a Brad, Brad World.” The show followed Goreski as he established his solo career as a celebrity stylist, highlighting his work with such celebrity clients as Keri Hilson, Shay Mitchell, Rashida Jones, and Beth Behrs. “It’s a Brad, Brad World” ran for two seasons from 2012 to 2013.
Fashion Police
In 2015, Goreski became a co-host on the E! television series “Fashion Police,” featuring commentary on celebrity fashions. He joined longtime hosts Giuliana Rancic and Kelly Osbourne, as well as fellow new additions Melissa Rivers and Kathy Griffin. In 2016, NeNe Leakes and Margaret Cho joined as co-hosts. Goreski remained on “Fashion Police” for three seasons until the show’s cancellation in late 2017.
Canada’s Drag Race
In 2021, Goreski became a main judge on the reality competition television series “Canada’s Drag Race,” based on the American series “RuPaul’s Drag Race.” He served as a replacement for both Stacey McKenzie and Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman, who had just recently left the show. As a judge, Goreski originally sat beside Brooke Lynn Hytes, Traci Melchor, and Amanda Brugel. In 2022, Brugel left the show. Goreski, Hytes, and Melchor also served as judges for “Canada’s Drag Race: Canada vs. the World,” an international all-star version of “Drag Race” that premiered in late 2022.

Other Television Appearances
Among his other television appearances, Goreski served as a judge at the Miss Universe 2012 pageant. In 2015, he was a guest judge on the reality series “Project Runway All Stars.” Beyond the world of fashion, Goreski lent his voice to some episodes of the animated sitcoms “Family Guy” and “The Prince.” In 2023, he was one of the stars of the short-lived MTV reality series “The Real Friends of WeHo,” alongside Todrick Hall, Dorion Renaud, Curtis Hamilton, Jaymes Vaughan, and Joey Zauzig.
Personal Life
In 2012, Goreski published his book “Born to Be Brad: My Life and Style.” In 2017, Goreski married his longtime boyfriend, television writer, producer, and actor Gary Janetti.
Real Estate
In 2012 Brad and Gary paid $2.3 million for a home in LA’s Holmby Hills neighborhood. They sold this home in 2017 for $3.25 million. Also in 2017 Brad and Gary paid $5.6 million for a home in nearby Beverly Hills. They listed this home for sale in April 2024 for $9.5 million.
