Apparently, a snowstorm brought them together, as they ended up on the same plane and hit it off instantly. Despite feeling a connection right away, Lawrence and Chilli took their time getting to know each other as friends for five or six months before officially becoming a couple.

It wasn’t until January 3 that Chilli’s rep confirmed to People that the two of them became romantically involved just before Thanksgiving, and they spent the holiday season together.
