International cruising is expected to be off limits for “some time” as question marks loom over domestic cruise travel, which is worth a staggering $5 billion to the Australian economy.

Coronavirus has the potential to run rampant on cruise ships, with Australia’s Trade Minister Simon Birmingham saying the high risk nature of the vessels is why the industry is still on ice.
