Fashion and art came together on Tuesday evening as a host of public figures descended on London’s National Portrait Gallery for an annual fundraiser.
The sprawling St. Martin’s Lane venue played host to the Portrait Gala, a dynamic evening of art and entertainment to raise funds for the Gallery’s future works.
Leading the red carpet glamour, Love Island presenter Maya Jama was joined by reformed hellraiser Courtney Love and fashionista Alexa Chung for a night of champagne and canopies.
Maya, 29, looked typically stunning in a sleeveless check patterned evening dress while making her way into the central London gallery.
She added to the look with strappy heels, with her make-up was selected from a rich, dusky colour palette.
Alexa, 40, who attended with Tom Sturridge, wore a stunning red dress with darker red detailing and a portrait of a lady on its front.
Courtney Love, 59, attended in a large, floor-length tiered silver gown which fell in waves and resembled tin foil.
Also there was Emma Weymouth, Marchioness of Bath who posed with Maya inside wearing a strapless dark gold two-piece.
Edward Enninful wore a dark grey pinstripe suit and posed with Vogue Global Editor At Large Hamish Bowles who wore a multi-coloured suit jacket.
He then posed with the Director of the National Portrait Gallery, Dr Nicholas Cullinan, OBE, who looked charming in a double-breasted tuxedo.
Dr Nicholas moved on with Malala Yousafzai who looked beautiful in a traditional floral white outfit and white headscarf.
Princess Maria-Olympia of Greece and Denmark wore a gorgeous soft-looking silver dress with large armholes and posed with a hooded Sofia Yeganeh.
Tamara Beckwith looked beautiful in a short-sleeved floor-length silver gown which she paired with cream faux-fur.
Also there was Emma Weymouth, Marchioness of Bath who posed with Maya inside wearing a strapless dark gold two-piece
Alexa attended with Tom Sturridge who wore a black suit with lighter black lapels and black shoes
Meanwhile, Courtney posed with Andre Balazs and Princess Maria-Olympia of Greece who sat at a dinner table
She then found Bella Freud who looked amazing in a pink trouser suit and a green-and-cream striped tie
Edward Enninful wore a dark grey pinstripe suit and posed with Vogue Global Editor At Large Hamish Bowles who wore a multi-coloured suit jacket
