Divvy Rider Hit By CTA Train Near Ravenswood

CHICAGO (CBS)– A Divvy bike rider was struck by a CTA train near the Ravenswood neighborhood Monday night.

According to police, the 31-year-old man was riding a Divvy bike around the gates of the tracks when his bike was clipped in the rear tire by the train.

The incident took place at 4600 N. Rockwell St. just before 11 p.m.

Police said the man was taken to a local hospital in good condition with a head laceration.
