The hosts of Today are always sharing wisdom about parenting their adorable kids! Jenna Bush Hager, Craig Melvin and their costars are all so happy to come home after long days of work and spend time with their children.
Jenna and pal Hoda Kotb enjoy sharing memories about their little ones on Today With Hoda & Jenna. In fact, their children often hang out with each other. The former first daughter is a mom to Margaret “Mila,” Poppy and Henry “Hal,” whom she shares with her husband, Henry Hager. Hoda welcomed daughters Haley Joy and Hope Catherine via adoption with her ex-fiancé, Joel Schiffman.
In August 2022, the talk show duo enjoyed a beach vacation with their kids and Today producer Talia Parkinson. They looked like they had a blast spending the last few days of summer together before their children returned to school. For Hoda, motherhood was a dream come true after battling breast cancer in 2007.
During a January 2018 interview with People, she and Savannah Guthrie gushed about being mothers and shared how they learned to balance parenting with their careers.
“The beauty of getting up in the middle of the night [to go to work] is, on most days, you’re home in the middle of the afternoon,” Savannah said. “We both get to spend so much time with our babies, and I know I can speak for both of us: That’s where our hearts are.”
The I Really Needed This Today author echoed the same sentiment about making memories with her kiddos at home.
“I think Savannah and I are both late bloomers in the mom department,” Hoda said. “And I think it makes us appreciate it so much more. I think there’s something about waiting for something and having our children and realizing what our priorities are, and you’re right — we have our loves in order. I feel the same way Savannah does, like I race home. And you can’t believe that someone is so excited that you just opened the door. I’m like, ‘Oh my God!’”
Hoda’s two little girls are also besties with Dylan Dreyer’s three sons, Calvin, Oliver and Russell, whom she shares with husband Brian Fichera. The Oklahoma native took a road trip with her daughters to see Dylan one month after Oliver arrived in February 2020.
