The German supermodel, 51, and her four children – daughter Leni, 20, with ex Flavio Briatore; and sons Henry, 18, and Johan, 17, and daughter Lou, 14, with ex-husband Seal – were pictured on the festive outdoor excursion over the weekend.
The America’s Got Talent personality was stylish on the outing – rocking a leopard print bikini that highlighted her figure.
The one-time Project Runway host had her dark blonde locks down and donned sunglasses and dangling earrings on the Italian getaway.
She was seen waving to her children while sitting on the edge of a pier, riding in a boat and soaking up the family fun while on vacation.
