In 2014, Madison discovered that her access to her iCloud account was suddenly blocked, and a hacker started contacting her holding her private photos for ransom at a value of $900; if she did not comply, her nude photos would be leaked. In response to the threat, she contacted the police as the hacker bragged about hacking celebrity accounts and leaking photos. The hacker gave her instructions to drop the money in Hollywood where the police set up a sting operation, and a woman named Jamie Munoz was arrested, and later confessed that she was asked by the hacker to pick up the money.
According to Munoz, the hacker’s name was Nicholas Douglas from Vancouver, Canada but the police have not been able to find him. She later pleaded guilty to extortion, and received a sentence of three years probation and community service. Madison became one of the latest victims of iCloud hackers taking advantage of a flaw in the iCloud system to gain private photos of popular names – photos of celebrities such as Kate Upton and Jennifer Lawrence have been released publicly in the past. According to statistics, over 100 celebrities have become victims of these attacks, but police have yet to find the person responsible.

For her personal life, not much is known about Louch’s romantic relationships, if any, and many sources state that she is single. They mention that she is not yet focused on finding serious romance as she is still young and likely focused on her career in modelling, as well as in music.
