The reality star, 26, slipped into skimpy pink sports bra and matching leggings for the post only to accidentally reveal her nipple covers.
Kylie looked sensational in the Alo co-ord however the plunging neckline exposed the self adhesive cover on her right breast.
The stunner posed for the snaps on a sun-soaked terrace as she gazed seductivly into the camera before moving indoors.
She sported a flawless palette of make-up with her brunette tresses styled in loose waves.
