The TOWIE star, 33, reignited his romance with the social media marketing coordinator, 25, after they reunited in the villa following a short-lived holiday romance last year in Ibiza.
He was initially left gobsmacked when she walked through the doors, however was soon seen sharing a steamy snog in the pool before an X-rated night away together.
Clearly invested in the model, it appears that Joey is feeling threatened after Grace reveals that Omar, 25, has been exploring a connection with her.

Sitting beside the firepit, Joey begins by saying: ‘Obviously mate, you’ve got to understand I am hearing things…Grace has told me you’ve said a few things.
‘She’s told you to behave….apparently you’ve been flirting with her.’
Omar interrupts to fume: ‘But at the same time I’m going about my business…then I’m asking what’s been said and I ain’t being told what’s been said. So, that’s annoying me even more now…’
Joey tries to insist: ‘I’m not trying to embarrass you.’
But Omar points out: ‘But in the same breath you’re saying it’s no competition, it’s no competition and I’m thinking, I ain’t even trying to compete with you. Why did you say it then?’

A source told the publication: ‘Joey cares about Grace and was livid when he heard Omar was flirting with her behind his back.’
They added: ‘It all came to a head on Thursday night. Joey pulled Omar aside to talk it out and explain how he and Grace were getting serious so Omar needed to back off.
‘It escalated from there and they were like a pair of rutting deer – physically squaring up to each other, in each others faces and arguing. The other lads pulled them apart.’
It comes after Millie Court claimed this year’s Love Island bad boy Joey has a game plan and knows how to ‘put on a good show’ after starring on reality TV for 13 years.
