The supermodel’s last-born, Sailor Brinkley Cook is also a model. Jack Paris Brinkley Cook, Brinkley’s only son is an actor. The actress is proud of her kids, whom she adores and has lived with in her magnificent houses.

Christie Brinkley now lives in her Hampton property in New York City. However, before she moved here, she resided in her Bridgehampton, New York estate for 18 years. Named Tower Hill, this historic estate was constructed in 1891, offering breathtaking views stretching from the Atlantic Ocean to the Connecticut shoreline.

The residence boasts classic exteriors with a charming shingled façade, while the interiors are airy and flooded with natural light. The main features include a grand double-height great room adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows, a cozy country-style kitchen with terrace access, a well-equipped gym, a spacious office, and multiple elegant reception areas.

With three fireplaces and a magnificent 50-foot observation tower, the home exudes character and sophistication. Alongside four bedrooms within the main house, there’s a separate art studio and a guesthouse boasting four additional bedrooms and a stunning greenhouse conservatory.

Set on 20 acres of lush lawns, the property offers enchanting amenities such as a wisteria-covered pergola, stone terraces, winding pathways, a sparkling 7’5 feet swimming pool, and a tennis court.

Brinkley put this expansive 11,040-square-foot residence with nine bedrooms, seven baths, and four half baths on the market for $29.5 million. She noted that the place is decorated with sea shells that she gathered over the years. It also has her magazine covers covering a section of a wall.

It took over a decade for the property to be sold and the actress had to lower her price tag by $8 million. Eventually, the mansion was reportedly sold for more than $17 million.

Brinkley is now the self-proclaimed queen of the Hamptons, residing in her “castle-like” home. The 20-acre home has extraordinarily wide green grounds covered with trees and well-made lawns. The mansion features six bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms in the main house, and two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the guest house.

The supermodel rears chickens in this home. She joked that her beloved chickens are called, ” Scrambled, Sunnyside Up, Benedict, and my favorite, Goldie.” The actress’s entire front compound is filled with chickens following her wherever she goes. She noted that she feeds her chickens every day and shows off their eggs.

Brinkley also proudly displayed her vast yard, featuring a greenhouse complete with a cozy fireplace. The supermodel mentioned her deliberate planting of citrus trees, intending to evoke memories of California.

The mansion hosts an incredible Olympic-size pool surrounded by lounge chairs. A few steps away from the pool and lounge chairs are wooden chairs, which Brinkley said she and her family used to sit around and sing. She also commented on a swing hanging from a tree that just broke.

More wooden chairs were placed outside overlooking the lawn, and Brinkley noted that they decided to let the grass grow wild so that the birds, bees, and indigenous animals could have a home and food. “They all love it,” gushed Brinkley as a dog ran past her. In the early spring, the huge lawn is full of flowers and looks gorgeous.

From the lawn, Brinkley’s mansion looks like a castle. She revealed that the tower was built by the Gardiner family of Gardiner Island. The King of England handed the Gardiner’s family the Gardiner Island, so they built the tower so that they could oversee their island while in this mansion.

Brinkley, who has lived in this mansion for over 24 years, said this was the longest she has ever resided anywhere. Sometimes the actress thinks of selling the place but her kids tell her, “No mom, we grew up here. This is our home, You can’t.”

Brinkley’s kids love staying at this home with their friends as they reminisce about growing up here. Additionally, the mansion has space for everybody. “I love it for that,” said Brinkley.

Brinkley also opened up her kitchen, dining room, and cherished decor. The kitchen boasted an open-floor layout seamlessly connecting to the living room, adorned with a soothing blue paint scheme. The actress noted that her family could just live in the kitchen alone as it is just like a restaurant.

Wooden floors and nature-inspired chandeliers in the kitchen harmonized perfectly with the cozy ambiance Brinkley meticulously crafted throughout her home. Outside the kitchen were cozy restaurant-style eating benches and tables.

In the living room, a fireplace adorned with seashells spelled out the heartwarming phrase, “Sweet home.” Brinkley disclosed that Mrs. Gardiner and her share a love for stones and seashells, so she used them to decorate the back of the fireplace when she was pregnant with Sailor.

The dining room featured a striking round dark wood table, complemented by an elegant chandelier overhead. Adding a touch of charm, a sign adorned with the words “Dining room” provided a welcoming accent to the space. The dining room is also Brinkley’s photo album room. A section is dedicated to shell-framed pictures and small photo albums.

The house also has an elegant living room and a bar. In the living room, off-white couches exude comfort and are adorned with vibrant floral throw pillows. A sturdy table stands in the center, while picture frames decorate the walls. Nearby cabinets on each side of the walls house a collection of books.

Brinkley also pointed to her awards on one cabinet surface, calling herself, a “cutting horse champion.” The actress’s house is decorated with stunning Fredas, which are handmade from shells. Brinkley didn’t let people into her bedrooms as she noted they were too messy.

However, she showed the interesting parts of her mansion, including her favorite cover that she has ever done, which was for Playbill Magazine. Brinkley also pointed out a Bonsai, gasping that it was 270 years old and older than her. A bonsai is the Japanese art of growing and shaping miniature trees in containers

Brinkley has also created an Eiffel Tower with all her vintage pictures on it. She pointed out a picture of her mom and Elvis Presley. Brinkley’s stair walls leading up to the tower are lined with her kids’ paintings. She explained that it is a family tradition to create this art. The tower itself is magnificent and when one stands on top of it, they get a stunning view of the estate.

Brinkley was happy to show off where her kids were raised. Recently, the actress had undergone a health crisis. On March 14, 2024, Brinkley explained how she found out she had cancer, “because I was accompanying one of my daughters to HER check-up.” During this checkup, the doctor was looking at each freckle of her daughter’s using a magnifying glass.

At the end of her daughter’s assessment, Brinkley asked the doctor to inspect a tiny dot she could barely feel as she applied her foundation. The doctor’s immediate diagnosis shocked the actress. She was told the tiny dot needed a biopsy, which the doctor performed right then and there.

Brinkley narrated, “The good news for me is we caught the basal cell Carcinoma early. And I had great Doctors that removed the cancer and stitched me up to perfection like an haute couture Dior.”

Brinkley, who loves gardening, urged her followers to be careful when in the sun and always apply sunscreen. She also advised them to go for regular checkups as when cancer is caught early it can be removed or treated.

The actress is now keen on applying and reapplying sunscreen, wearing long sleeves, and a wide-brim hat when gardening. “Thank you to Dr. Abraham, Dr. Anolik, Dr Geronemus, Dr Lloyd Hoffman at the Laser & Skin Surgery Center of NewYork,” she mentioned her medical team.
