When asked by TMZ if he believes the Jets will make it to the Super Bowl this year with Rodgers leading the charge, Klecko didn’t hesitate, declaring, “Yes, I do think they will. Absolutely. With our four-time MVP, how could you not go to the Super Bowl?”
This marks a significant shift from his stance just six months ago when he expressed reservations about Rodgers joining the Jets. Klecko had previously stated that he didn’t see Rodgers fitting in with the team’s mentality and young players. Klecko, a former defensive lineman known for his time as part of the famed New York Sack Exchange, recorded an impressive 78 sacks during his 11 years with the Jets.
