Over the last year, there have been countless reports and rumors of a sensational NFL comeback for Tom Brady. Many NFL franchises have been linked to his potential return but the now former QB has shut all of those rumors down. Despite his efforts, rumors haven’t really stopped coming and there was a recent one that placed him back as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers‘ QB for the upcoming season. Tom Brady has had enough of that, he wanted to set the record straight for good and stop with all the constant reports. Tom Brady knows his name generates clicks and traffic but there is only so much you can say before readers realize you are only fishing for those clicks. Even though this might be seen as one final NO to all those reports, Tom Brady knows he might remain as part of the news rotation.

I just loved the Glazer family, all the players, Jason Licht, a lot of guys I worked with closely and all the coaches. Todd Bowles and Bruce — Bruce isn’t there anymore– they got so many gret guys. I’m down in Miami now and they are in Tampa. It’s a 40-minute flight, so I’m hoping to catch some of their games too but I’m pulling for those guys. These are my brothers and football brings us all together. There’s a lot of blood, sweat and tears and being out there in a hundred degree heat in Miami. It’s hard in Tampa when you got helmets and shoulder pads on. I am very excited to never put on a helmet again. I did enough years of that an putting that six pound helmet on your head in 102-degree heat. Believe me, I’m not ever going to miss that.”
Tom Brady’s new life as an NFL owner
Due to his minority steak in Las Vegas Raiders, we will also get to see Tom Brady in Sin City more often. That should be interesting because we have never truly seen the former QB’s side as a franchise owner. Sure, he will live in the citi of Miami for the time being but he will keep making those trips to Las Vegas on a regular basis. Brady currently has a lot going on in his life and the entire world will be thrilled to see him blossom into the NFL franchise owner he wants to be. Also, there is that gig at Fox Sports that should be starting about a year from now. Although we won’t get to see Brady playing again, there will be more than enough of him in many more platforms.
