The chef whose restaurant business was growing had received a Michelin star and kick-started a television career. However, all these looked to be in jeopardy when in 2008, Sarah Symonds claimed she had had a secret on-and-off relationship with Gordon for seven years.

She explained they met at London’s Chinawhite nightclub in 2001 and that Gordon complained to her friend that things were going badly in his marriage to Tana and that he was sleeping in their basement.

Sarah revealed that she was also surprised as to what the chef who claimed to be happily married was doing in a nightclub at 2 a.m. She alleged that one of the 18 occasions the pair met was in October 2002 at Gordon’s Connaught Hotel restaurant opening, where the chef introduced her to Tana.

The self-professed Professional Mistress revealed she felt very awkward. At a particular time during the event when she called Gordon “big boy” because he is very well-endowed, the popular chef told her to keep her voice down.

Sarah also revealed the pair sexted multiple times, including when Gordon traveled on the Eurostar. The pair exchanged dirty sexual talks and pictures, and Sarah disclosed she thought doing it was risky because anyone could have overheard what he was saying.

Their final sexual encounter, according to her, happened in November 2008 at London’s Marriott Hotel and Sarah claimed she brought a sex drug known that contained amyl nitrate, which heightens sexual pleasure.

The chef was said to have arrived at the hotel just before 8 p.m and after chatting with the staff made his way to the first floor. He walked up and down for a while before knocking on Sarah’s door and afterward spent about an hour and a half in her room before leaving in a silver BMW later.

Gordon vehemently denied these cheating allegations and defended himself that even if he were going to cheat, it would not be with someone like Sarah. Even though he never sued Sarah over the allegations, the famous chef apologized to his wife for the humiliation the story caused.

Growing up in Tenterden, Kent, with her parents Chris Hutcheson Greta, Tana’s siblings watched their father go on business trips every week.

Sometimes during the holidays, Chris would leave the house, saying he had a meeting with some associates. Unknown to Tana and her siblings, their father was driving just a few miles down the road to the house he had bought for his second family.

In addition to Tana and her three siblings, Chris is also a father to two children with his mistress, Frances Collins. So imprudent was their relationship that Frances even took his surname and so did his illegitimate kids.

However, all the family secrets were exposed during a county proceeding after Gordon had sacked his father-in-law over financial irregularities.

The pair had worked together to build the multiple restaurant empire Gordon Ramsay Holdings. Chris was the chief executive, while Gordon was the creative genius and frontman. At the court hearing, it was revealed that Gordon had known about his father-in-law’s deceit for 18 months before he told Tana.

In his defense, the chef claimed he was only trying to protect his wife because of how much she adored her father, but most people did not buy the explanation, and one of them was Sarah, who claimed Gordon told her he had known for many years.

She further explained that he was not protecting Tana but rather protecting himself. Gordon’s former co-workers also revealed the chef and his father-in-law were as bad as each other.

Despite the ups and downs, Gordon and Tana are waxing strong in their relationship, and 26 years on from their marriage, the mother of five wore her wedding dress to mark the occasion. She posted a video of herself twirling in the satin short-sleeve gown on Instagram. Tana also captioned it:

“Clearing out our home and unearthed my wedding dress- 25 years and five pregnancies later and happy to say it still fits.”

Afterward, her husband complimented her with a fire emoji before other family friends like David Beckham and fans alike filled her comments section with nice appraisals.

On the other hand, ex-mistress Sarah Symonds has come out to declare that the loneliness of being “the other woman” at Christmas has made her suicidal in the past.

Having lived as a mistress for 15 years at that moment and allegedly been involved with Tory Peer and Author Jeffrey Archer, Sarah explained she was taking full responsibility for her past.

Sarah also revealed that after Gordon, she had not been involved with any married man and never would be because she does not want to be in other similar situations.

The former mistress explained that being in love with a married man eats one to the core because they always have Christmas with someone else. She, after that, warned women to avoid such traps and not have an affair. Sarah disclosed:

“My advice is, don’t have an affair. But if you’re going to, know that he’s using you and use him back. Mistresses should get something nice for Christmas – after all, he’s buying his wife something.”

She also advised suspicious wives that Christmas is a good time for finding out if their husbands are cheating, and whenever they feel something is not right, it is usually true. Sarah disclosed she wasted years of being a mistress but has finally emerged as a much stronger person.
