Welcome Jack – here’s the first question.
Q: Do we have any indication of when Man City’s Premier League hearing will take place?

My colleague Mike Keegan reported that it’s likely to be next autumn and Richard Masters refused to clarify the exact date yesterday. It’s an extremely complex case and while frustrating for everybody involved, needs to go through due process.

The Premier League, for all their faults, couldn’t rush an investigation covering such serious allegations and potential punishments that include relegation or stripping of titles.

CEO Richard Masters did not divulge any further details but there are certainly questions being asked of why there isn’t a clearer timeline after Everton and Nottingham Forest were both charged in separate incidents related to FFP.
