Kyle Richards shared that her slimmed down physique has been the result of ‘painful times’ in her life, including her marriage problems with Mauricio Umansky.
The 54-year-old reality TV star addressed her physique on the Season 13 premiere of The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills, where the real estate mogul, 53, praised her for looking ‘amazing.’
But in her confessional, Kyle – who announced her separation from Mauricio in July, after 27 years of marriage – revealed that she’s been going through a hard time: ‘When you go through painful times in your life, it changes you as a person.’
Paris Hilton’s aunt shared that not only has she been dealing with her strained relationship with sister Kathy Hilton, as well as other friends, but that she also has been ‘feeling disconnected from my husband.’
‘You have to find an outlet,’ she said of her escalated fitness regimen. ‘I feel good about it, and I hope [Mauricio] does too, because here I am.’

The pair sat together for a chat about their relationship, where they admitted to having a ‘challenging year together.’
‘He has been working non-stop, I’ve been working,’ Kyle shared in her confessional.
‘When you have to schedule a meeting to go over your schedule, you know it’s a problem.’
Umansky then complimented Kyle’s physical transformation: ‘You’re like working out like a beast right now, you’re eating well, you’re not drinking, like you’re changing your life.’
Kyle thanked him, but Mauricio then noticed an ankle tattoo and laughed while asking, ‘How many tattoos do you have right now?’
‘Five,’ Kyle answered.
She then showed Mauricio her five tattoos on her wrist, forearm, ankle, heel and ribcage.
‘I only knew of three,’ Mauricio said.
‘Well, maybe you should be looking at my body closer,’ Kyle told him.
‘This is clearly a big symptom of not spending time together. Years ago, he would have noticed a freckle on my body, and now he doesn’t know that I have two more tattoos,’ Kyle said in a confessional.
The pair then got into a small tiff as Mauricio stated she had enough tattoos while Kyle made it clear she was going to get more.

Kyle in a confessional admitted that she was irritated in her marriage.
Mauricio told Kyle that she didn’t have to become a ‘rebellious person’.
‘Listen, I am very f***ing clear right now. I’m not rebelling. I’m just really clear,’ Kyle said.
In May, Richards denied taking weight-loss drug Ozempic despite her dramatic physical transformation over the last year.
‘I can say that I have never tried it and I have never taken it,’ the mother-of-four told Page Six.
‘I’m not on any weight-loss drug. If you know me, you know I have terrible anxiety so that would scare me to death. I have never, ever ever taken it.’

It was her rumored lesbian lover Morgan Wade who introduced the Hollywood-born socialite to Gregory, who put her on his ‘Cardio SHREDZ Plan.’

The two had ended last season on a bad note, after Lisa Rinna accused Hilton of badmouthing the entire cast, including Kyle, with both Kathy and Lisa quitting the show afterwards.
And it appears not much has changed since then.
During a wellness retreat with the other women, Kyle aired her grievances, and said she didn’t feel supported by them at the last reunion.
When Garcelle Beauvais asked why Kyle didn’t confront Rinna at the time, she said that she didn’t want to come off as defending her sister.
‘There’s a time where you say enough. I’m not a punching bag. I didn’t feel like defending someone who’s hurt me repeatedly, so I kept my mouth shut,’ she shared.
She also added in a confessional: ‘I’ve had so many incidents where my sister has called me and lost her temper. When the phone will ring and see her name, I get sheer panic. It affects me like a child.’
Mistreated: Kyle also revealed she ran into Kathy at co-star Sutton Stracke’s holiday party. ‘It was fine, civil, but I’m at a place now where I’m not going to be mistreated by anybody’

Kyle also revealed she ran into Kathy at co-star Sutton Stracke’s holiday party. ‘It was fine, civil, but I’m at a place now where I’m not going to be mistreated by anybody,’ Richards shared.
‘I didn’t deserve what she said about me. I didn’t do one f*****g thing to deserve that. I said, you know what, enough is enough.’
She added that her sister was ‘used to a lot of people allowing her to get away with certain behavior.’
‘Growing up as the baby sister, I also allowed that because I’m not speaking up to my big sister. It’s taken me this long to be like, I’m not gonna allow you to continue to treat me like this.’
