Bernardo Silva will reportedly try and force his way out of Manchester City if Barcelona make a bid for him.
As reported by Sport, Barcelona manager Xavi is a huge admirer of Silva and wants to sign him.
However, in order for a move to happen, Barcelona will have to make at least one major sale.
Franck Kessie is set to leave Barcelona, with the midfielder set to join Al-Ahli for £13million, and there could be further departures.
Barcelona hope that if Kylian Mbappe leaves Paris Saint-Germain then there will be an ‘explosion’ in the transfer market which could lead to them being able to sell some of their players.

City have already reportedly turned down two bids from PSG for Silva, the second of which was more than £64million (€75million).
City are eager to keep Silva, who has two years remaining on his contract. The Portugal international, who can play as an attacking midfielder or a winger, is still seen as an important player by Pep Guardiola.
Barcelona have remained in contact with the 28-year-old’s entourage and are considering an offer that would be paid in instalments.
Since joining City in 2017, Silva has made 306 appearances and has scored 55 goals, while he has provided 59 assists.
He has won five Premier League titles, the Champions League, two FA Cups and four League Cups.
Ilkay Gundogan joined Barcelona earlier this summer after leaving City as a free agent.
