Drake Bell, a popular teen actor from the early 2000s, was reported missing in Florida on April 13, 2023. The Daytona Beach Police issued a missing report earlier in the day, stating that Bell’s last known location was “potentially” the area around a local high school on April 12 around 9 p.m. Officials deemed him missing and endangered, and he was reportedly last seen driving a 2022 gray BMW. However, just hours after the initial report, the police confirmed on Facebook that law enforcement officials were in contact with Bell and that he was safe.
Bell later addressed the incident on Twitter, humorously writing that he left his phone in the car and didn’t answer for the night, prompting the search effort. Bell, whose real name is Jared, rose to fame on Nickelodeon for his roles in “The Amanda Show” and “Drake & Josh” with Josh Peck. He also appeared in the live-action “The Fairly OddParents” films.
