A man is in a serious condition after being stabbed multiple times during a gang fight.
South Yorkshire Police said they were called to reports of a group of men fighting on Staniforth Road in Darnall area of Sheffield just after 6pm today. They found a man, aged 21, had been stabbed multiple times.
The man has been rushed to hospital where he is in a serious but stable condition.

Police said there is a cordon in place on Staniforth Road between Studley Court and Main Road while officers carry out their work. They said additional patrols will now be in place.
In a statement South Yorkshire Police said: “We were called at 6.13pm earlier today (9 April) to Staniforth Road in the Darnall area of Sheffield following reports of a group of men fighting. A 21-year-old man has been taken to hospital with multiple suspected stab wounds and is in a serious but stable condition.

“Emergency services remain at the scene and a cordon is in place on Staniforth Road between Studley Court and Main Road while officers carry out their work.
