Ellie Leach broke down in tears as she opened up to her mother about being cheated on by her boyfriend of five years on her new soap star reality show Drama Queens.
The former Coronation Street actress, 22, called it quits with her boyfriend Reagan Pettman in May last year after finding out he had drunkenly kissed another woman in a club.
Soap star Ellie dated the dancer for five years before then reportedly taking ‘time to reflect which direction her life is going in’ after leaving Corrie in July.
Her most recent venture, Drama Queens, is a reality show which follows nine soap stars from across Hollyoaks, Emmerdale, and Coronation Street as they give soap fans a glimpse into their lives off camera.
Speaking to her mum Karen on the first episode of the show on Wednesday, Ellie said: ‘I’ve just been finding it really difficult. It just feels like wherever you go, everyone is talking about you.’

The conversation came days after Ellie’s ex Reagan Pettman spoke to The Sun on Sunday about their break-up – and admitted to cheating.
‘It kind of felt like all your dirty laundry is available for everyone to see,’ Ellie said.
‘It’s not a reflection of who you are but it’s still embarrassing. It still feels like you’ve done something wrong when you haven’t.’
Ellie reportedly joined the cast of Strictly Come Dancing last year to heal following her break-up, telling her mum that while being on the show was incredible she felt like she was in a ‘fishbowl’.
She won the show with her professional dance partner Vito Coppola.
She added: ‘I can truly, truly say that I gave someone everything and if that’s not enough then it’s not enough. But I’m sure it will be enough for somebody else.’
Her ex Reagan went on a bar crawl in his hometown of Preston in November 2022 where he chatted to a girl on the dancefloor.
Reagan admitted that ‘all of a sudden’ they were kissing but he can no longer recall what she looks like. He waited until March last year to tell Ellie he had cheated on her.
He said he was unable to forget about the incident repeatedly tried to tell her but said the right moments ‘passed and passed’.

Saying ‘Ellie deserved to know out of respect’, Reagan hoped the pair could work through their difficulties but she decided she could no longer trust him.
At the time of the interview, Ellie had been linked to her Strictly co-star Bobby Brazier.
‘I hurt her and broke her heart,’ Reagan said at the time. ‘I’m not proud of it.
‘It sounds cliché but I was really drunk and it all happened at once. I knew what I had done was wrong and instantly regretted it.
‘I want to rebuild the trust again and for her to be back in my life.
‘But if she’s happy with Bobby, then I am happy for her. But I really miss her.’
Bobby and Ellie first sparked dating rumours during Strictly in December and grew closer during the BBC show’s tour in January to February.
However as Bobby returned to EastEnders, and is reportedly exploring a potential career in Hollywood, Ellie went on to tour UK theatres in the Cluedo stage production.
A source previously told The Sun: ‘Love blossomed between them when they were in close quarters on the tour, but once that ended they both spent much less time together.’
After their his romance with Ellie ‘fizzled out’, Bobby was rumoured to have found love with his BBC co-star Jazzy Phoenix, 23, who described the 20-year-old as ‘a lovely boy’.

Speaking about her time acting opposite him on the soap, Jazzy said: ‘I had the best time at EastEnders. Everybody was so kind, it was the most fabulous place to work.’
The new couple teased their new relationship in a now deleted post, after Jazzy took to Instagram on Monday and shared a snap of a bunch of pink and white flowers.
Just hours before, Bobby – who portrays Freddie Slater in the BBC soap – shared a picture of the same flowers bouquet, which was wrapped in off-white paper.
Bobby has already treated the blonde beauty to a romantic dinner date at Mayfair’s swanky Bagatelle restaurant.
Bobby has also posted a string of loved-up emojis on the newcomer’s recent Instagram post.
As Jazzy posed alongside co-star Patsy Kensit, 56, he gushed in the comments: ‘Stop it. Too much for me.’
A source told The Sun: ‘Bobby is enjoying getting to know Jazzy. He loves that they both share a passion for acting and he, of course, thinks she is very beautiful’.
Stating that the ‘timing was perfect’ for their budding romance and that Jazzy was ‘flattered’ by the handsome actors interest.
Before going on to say: ‘There are no hard feelings with Ellie. [Her and Bobby’s] whirlwind romance just fizzled out.’
