Nicole Kidman flaunts her slender figure in leggings and a crop top in Byron Bay hinterland

She’s been flying in and out of Byron Bay to continue filming her $100 million Hulu series Nine Perfect Strangers.

And Nicole Kidman, 53, shared a glimpse at the lush scenery surrounding the production’s filmset on Sunday. 

Posting to Instagram, Nicole highlighted her slim frame in black leggings and a crop top as she posed in front of the spectacular backdrop of Byron Bay’s hinterland.

‘Hinterland magic’, she wrote in the caption, adding the hashtag: ‘#ByronBay’. 

Nicole wore her fiery locks in a long plait, and completed her ensemble with a pair of white sneakers. 

Nicole’s post came as she was announced as the new AACTA vice-president on Sunday, serving alongside incoming president Russell Crowe.

‘I’ve always been so proud of the Australian screen industry and what it continues to achieve globally,’ she said of her new role, according to the Herald Sun.

‘I’m looking forward to playing a role in setting a tone and a platform for future success,’ she declared. 

Indeed, Nicole has been instrumental in injecting much-needed funds into Australia’s local film industry by bringing Nine Perfect Strangers’ production hub Down Under.

In July, Nicole told The Daily Telegraph she was ‘thrilled’ to be able to bring the $100 million production and hundreds of jobs to the local film industry after it was sent crashing down by the coronavirus pandemic. 

Nine Perfect Strangers is based on Liane Moriarty’s bestselling novel of the same name.

Nicole stars in the miniseries alongside A-listers including Melissa McCarthy, Samara Weaving, Luke Evans, and Bobby Cannavale.
