The one bedroom, end terrace house, which is located in the popular Yorkshire village of Denby Dale, is in complete disrepair – meaning it needs refurbishing from the ground up before it can be lived in.
As it needs so much work, the property is being listed as a “development opportunity” on Rightmove via Auction House, but if you’re in the market for a project it could be the perfect fit.

The pictures are quite eyepopping as the house inside and outside is filled with rubbish, so it would need clearing out and starting again from scratch.

But if you don’t mind getting your hands dirty the house could make for a profitable resale or rental investment once renovated due to it’s desirable location close to shops and the railway station.
The house will be available to bidders by live steam auction on Tusday, May, 14 at 12pm following open viewings on Aprill, 22 and April, 29 between 12.12-12.45pm. The guide price range is £10-15K.
