This father shared a conversation between him, his four-year-old daughter, and his wife. The child asked the father why her mother’s bra was in his car. The wife immediately gave her husband a crippling look because she had not been in their vehicle for a while.

As shocked as can be, the husband denied having a bra in his car, but his child insisted on seeing something with strings. When the parents eventually got to the garage, they realized their daughter was talking about a protective face mask.

Another parent shared an amusing conversation between him and his four-year-old. The child asked for a kitten, and the father said he was allergic, but the four-year-old suggested, “You could sleep outside.”

3. Cooking with a Baby

This Reddit user posted a picture showing the reality of cooking with a baby. The picture had a bowl with a mixture of sauces on the counter and a baby’s feet covered in the ingredients in the corner of the image. “Cooking with a baby. A short story,” wrote the Redditor.

A parent watched their four-year-old experience hiccups for the first time. The toddler was scared and confused. But the father did not make the situation easier, “I told her it was an alien trying to burst out of her chest.” said the parent and continued to add, “I might not be cut out for parenting.”

5. The Red Marker

Another parent shared a funny story about their son. The father explained that his son had drawn his face with a red marker, but after realizing what he had done, he got scared and thought his parents would be mad at him.

So, to fix the situation, he wrapped his head with toilet paper, then bumped into a wall and almost knocked himself unconscious. “A comedy of errors every day with this kid,” said the parent.

6. The Meltdowns

Without much context, a parent shared some of the funny reasons their three-year-old had a meltdown on the day of the post. Some of them included “Banana too small,” “Honey on porridge doesn’t sufficiently resemble a swimming pool,” Doesn’t want a scooter.” “Does want scooter,” and more.

7. A Swimming Lesson Went Wrong

A mom posted a hilarious story about her son’s father. The father spent 45 minutes watching another child at a swimming lesson, only to get home and realize his son’s cap was a different color. The two came home separately because the boy never knew his dad was there.

This mother also shared a funny story about her husband attending the wrong school meeting for their daughter. He went as far as drinking tea with other parents, choosing the board of directors, and making suggestions about the kids’ year-end school trip. He only realized he was in the wrong school year’s meeting when he could not find his daughter’s name anywhere.
