Many MasterChef viewers all had the same message for judge Gregg Wallace on Thursday evening.

This came after the star, 59, after Thursday’s MasterChef and Wallace opening up about his recent weight loss. It has been reported by our colleagues at The Express that Wallace has lost four stone.

Wallace, who at his heaviest weighed 16st 7lb, said: “I don’t believe in diets, I don’t believe in doing something you can’t sustain, I don’t believe in starving yourself three times a week. What I believe in is making positive steps in the right direction gradually, that way you move yourself into a healthy lifestyle.

“Listen to this carefully, you don’t have to be uncomfortable and hungry to lose weight.”

Wallace says he’s cut fried food, sugar and booze from his diet. During Thursday evening’s edition of MasterChefPenny was eliminated.

“I’m really disappointed to be going home, I have to say,” she said. “But I’ll look back on my MasterChef experience with great joy. It was such a challenge and I feel I’ve achieved so much already, so I’m happy but sad.”

Many viewers took to X to make a comment after Penny’s exit. We saw fans offer their thoughts to Wallace and fellow judge John Trode.

We saw @SallyPrice4 post: “Poor Penny had to go, but Judges a tad blunt God love her Xx #masterchef.” While @Jrocain wrote: “Yeah Penny definitely had to go, seriously what kinda #Masterchef is this?”

Another viewer @DaiveDK_LDN commented: “Penny’s scone must have been absolutely horrendous to put Steve’s steak and chips through over it.”
