Megan Fox has finally set the record straight on her various plastic surgery procedures.

For years, the Transformers star, 37, has baffled fans with her everchanging appearance but has kept quiet amid the constant speculation.

In particular, her drastically different look at a Super Bowl after party last month led to a frantic guessing game on social media over what she’s recently had done – with posters and even plastic surgeons believing she’d had a nose job, cheek filler and a brow lift.

Now, the mother-of-three has spelled out what cosmetic procedures she has undergone – including spending $30,000 on the ‘biggest boobs that could fit in my body’. She also admitted a nose job in her early 20s – but denies claims she’s had the procedure done seven or eight times.

Megan went on to dismiss rumours about other procedures she’d endured – insisting she would never have fat taken out of her body because she’s so lean – while candidly discussing the work she wants to have done in the future.

Ironically, despite admitting she loves the results of surgery and wants people to regard her as a ‘circus freak’, she confessed she’s shunned many common procedures because she’s terrified of anaesthetic.

Speaking on the Call Her Daddy podcast she revealed the work she’d had had done on her face – getting filler and Botox but not a facelift or threads – a nonsurgical procedure designed to lift sagging skin and stimulate collagen production.

She explained: I’ve never had a facelift of any kind, no lateral brow lift although I would like one!

No regular brow lift, I’ve never done threads. That’s not because of some moral thing, I just don’t really believe they work and I’m also afraid that they would interfere when I do need to have a facelift.

‘I am very tempted to go have my eyebrows snatched like all the way [back]. I want that look. That seems fun and you can do it on a lunch break and I see why it’s so tempting,’

She went on to dismiss rumours she’d had buccal fat removal, (cheek slimming) explaining: ‘I’ve never had that done I’ll never have any fat removed.

‘I’m a very like lean person that doesn’t have enough body fat or fat in my face so I will only ever put fat in.

‘ I will never be taking fat out, which leads me to I’ve never had any liposuction or body contouring or anything like that.’

Talking about her ample chest on her her slender frame, she said: ‘My boobs have been fake since I was 21 or 22. I got them done in between the first and second Transformers. But I had them done conservatively.

‘Because back then everyone did the work, but you had to do work that was undetectable.

‘I, always, that little girl that was in the mirror like “Where are my boobies?” I always wanted big boobies. So I wasn’t happy with the first set.

‘I had them redone after I was done breastfeeding my kids because I don’t know where they went, but they went.

‘Then I had to have them redone very recently because the first set I didn’t have enough body fat to disguise – you could see the rippling thing of the implants.’

Megan continued: ‘I don’t like surgery – my body doesn’t react well to general anaesthesia – and so when I go to have a surgery it’s a very big deal.

‘Going under anaesthesia is a risk to your life. So when I had to go in for this set I was like “Look, if you’re going to put me to sleep, if I’m going to be sick for two months from the general anaesthesia… I better wake up with the biggest boobs you can fit in my body.”

‘And that is what he said he did. And they’re not even that big. They’re a 32D which is not that big, they just look big on my body because my body’s tiny.

‘But if he could have gone bigger I would have had them go bigger because I don’t like surgery, and the fact that I had to do it, I was like “I want a reward for the suffering I have to go through – I don’t want to wake up with a full B cup.” There’s no f***ing point in that, I’m not doing it.

‘I wanted t*tties. I don’t care what’s on trend, give me 1990 stripper t*tties. And he did it.’

Megan went on to reveal she also wants a bigger bum but would stop people in their tracks when they look at her, but revealed it’s not possible at present because she is so slim.

Asked if she’d had a Brazilian Bum Lift or implants she said: ‘If I could I would. I don’t have the extra body fat. I would get it done if I could.

‘That surgery is such a hard one to recover from. It’s basically like three months you have to lie flat on your face. You’re bruised for an eternity.

‘If I was to ever do that, if I’m going to survive that surgery, you’re going to give me an a**e that’s an anomaly.

‘Like I’m going to walk through a park, and I’m going to turn around and everyone is going to be whispering and laughing and talking because they’re like “What? What are we looking at?” Like circus freak.

‘If I’m going through that healing process, I want that. I’m not coming out with like “Oh, has she been really hitting the gym recently?”

‘It’s got to stop people in their tracks. But I don’t have the body fat to do that. But when in the future you can take donated fat from people I will be doing that.’

Explaining why she’d shied away from other work that people have speculated she’s had done, she said: ‘I’m very afraid of dying under general anaesthesia.

‘So I don’t take surgery lightly and therefore I’ve not had many of them because of that. So it’s probably a saving grace that I have this paranoia, or this fear, otherwise God knows what I would have been up to.’

Recently, Megan was accused of being ‘xenophobic’ while attempting to defend her shock new appearance, likening herself in one photo to a ‘Ukrainian blowup doll.’

The Transformers star responded to critics by attributing the alteration of her image to a ‘shadowy’ photo.

However, her rebuttal sparked controversy as she proudly claimed that ‘in reality,’ she resembles a ‘super expensive silicone real sex doll’ from Japan.

‘Oh my god guys look how different i…dont look at all,’ she began her bizarre post. ‘Turns out it was just a shadowy cell phone pic of me looking like a Ukrainian blowup doll. when in REALITY i look like one of those super expensive silicone real sex dolls you can only get in Japan.’

Megan previously shared her thoughts on plastic surgery to Allure magazine in 2010, and she said it was ‘amazing’ that ‘we have the technology to do the stuff that we do.’

‘I would encourage anyone to first speak with a therapist, to try and figure out where this want comes from because a lot of times it’s not related to your teeth or your nose or your chin – the surgery is not going to alleviate that insecurity for you,’ she said at the time.

‘If, then, you feel, “This is something that I want to do,” then do it. It’s amazing that we have the technology to do the stuff that we do.’

Megan has also admitted that she’s severely ‘insecure’ about the way she looks.

After her breakout role in Transformers, she told Rolling Stone in 2009, ‘I’m really insecure about everything. I see what I look like, but there are things that I like and things that I dislike.

‘My hair is good. The color of my eyes is good, obviously. But I’m too short. Overall, I’m not super excited about the whole thing.

‘I never think I’m worthy of anything. I have a sick feeling of being mocked all the time. I have a lot of self-loathing.’
