Noor Bouzaine was the latest candidate in Lord Sugar‘s firing line on Thursday’s episode of The Apprentice.

The jewellery owner from Liverpool, 23, was sent packing after the business mogul put her forward as Project Manager for the challenge.

Contestants were tasked with branding an electric vehicle and creating an advertising campaign before pitching to a panel of industry experts.

Noor bulldozed over her team’s ideas to push forward the idea of the vehicle being a mobile clothes store.

Dr. Paul Midha took the role of PM for the rival team where they said their target market was young couples with the brand name eBNB.

Things went from bad to worse when Noor picked the location from the advert for their brand Vaultz to be filmed in a junkyard.

Despite being told be her teammates they wouldn’t be able to drive the vehicle in the location, Noor pressed ahead which left Lord Sugar’s aide Karren Brady raising her eyebrows.

Noor clashed with Tre over the 30 second advert before they headed to industry experts to pitch the product.

Once in the boardroom, Lord Sugar said: ‘I’ve seen the adverts, Nexus your advertising campaign was better’, before he sent them onto a forest segway experience.

Noor’s team Supream headed to the cafe to discuss their failings with her telling the camera: ‘I know exactly who I am going to bring back into the boardroom.’

Once back to face Lord Sugar’s wrath, he told her: ‘It’s a very bad advert. You kept saying to me: “It’s good, it’s good isn’t it? Are you joking?’

Noor replied: ‘Me as a small business myself I would genuinely buy the van’.

Lord Sugar said: ‘You were at the wheel at this task with backseat drivers screaming in the back’.

The business mogul went on to slam the ‘dreadful’ logo. He told them: ‘The experts and myself said it was terrible.’

Noor then headed back into the boardroom, but it was ultimately she who was fired.

Lord Sugar said: ‘I’m frustrated Noor, that you don’t understand how you’ve messed this thing up.

‘I gave you the opportunity to prove yourself. It was a terrible, terrible advert and I’m afraid to say it is with regret, Noor, that you’re fired.’

Noor said  ‘I’m grateful to have met amazing people and to have shown just a small percentage of what an amazing businesswoman that I am. And even though the advert got a lot of criticism I still believe that it was really good.’

The Apprentice airs Thursdays at 9pm on BBC One and BBC IPlayer.
