Garcia tipped the scales 1.4 kilograms (3.2 pounds) over the allowed weight limit, weighing in at 143.2 pounds. In contrast, Haney successfully weighed in at 140 pounds (63.5 kg) and has now begun a controlled rehydration process managed by SNAC, a company associated with Victor Conte.
