Showbiz power couple Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner are ready to part with the lavish Miami mansion they bought only last year for $11 million, according to a recent report in The Wall Street Journal. And if they find a buyer at their proposed asking price of $16.995 million, they’ll make a tidy profit of almost $6 million.
Of course, that doesn’t count the unspecified sum they paid interior designer Sarah Ivory to redesign the home after they purchased it. That makes it even more unusual that they would decide to sell the property that reportedly served as the couple’s primary residence over the last year, and the two aren’t commenting publicly on the matter as of yet.
In any case, the mansion is a real beauty, sprawling across almost 10,500 square feet of interior space, with six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Some of the property’s more enticing amenities include an outdoor kitchen, billiard room, and of course a swimming pool and spa. The property’s official listing likens its exterior to “Frank Lloyd Wright’s legendary creations. The listing goes on:
