Gabby joined Strictly’s Oti Mabuse, comedian’s David O’Doherty and Suzi Ruffell in the famous tent.
Following winning Star Baker, Gabby was seen dancing around the tent with her fellow celebrities and described the experience as ‘surreal’.
She said: ‘My family are going to think I’ve gone to a printers shop on the way home and got this apron done. They’re not going to believe it.
‘It feels surreal. I am chuffed’.
Judge Paul Hollywood added: ‘I think she has done really well and should be very proud of herself for someone who has never baked.’
During the episode, the celebrities were tasked with making an ice cream roll, with Gabby opting for a tiramisu flavour.
Meanwhile Suzi made a lemon and strawberry ice cream roll, Oti opted for a sticky toffee pudding ice cream roll while David made a banoffee version.
After taking a mouthful of Gabby’s dessert, Prue Leith said: ‘That is very delicious. I could easily eat that all afternoon.’

Meanwhile Paul described David’s as ‘inedible’ and ‘revolting’ prompting viewers to call the judge ‘harsh’.
Gabby impressed the judges once again during the ‘tricky’ technical challenge as the stars were tasked to bake eight perfectly decorated vegan feathered iced rings.
The sports presenter found herself beating her fellow celebs in the challenge with Suzi coming in second, Oti in third and David in fourth.
However when it came to Gabby’s showstopper she had a disaster while creating a meringue laundry basket.
Her meringue stuck to her parchment paper while she baked it causing it to break as she attempted to peal it off.
However she manage to stick the meringue back together and pull off a delicious masterpiece.
Prue said: ‘It is delicious’, while Paul agreed: ‘I like the decorations, I think you’ve done a decent job considering you don’t bake.’
Despite receiving a lot of criticism for his previous bakes, David manage to pull back some good feedback with his meringue showstopper.
With his basic tray meringue with a chocolate flake ship in the center, Paul originally asked: ‘What the hell is that?’
But once tasting the creation, Paul said: ‘The flavour you have manage to get is good the dates and rum really lifts the meringue’.
Prue added: ‘I like it. I think it is so good’.
David looked over the moon with the comments and gushed: ‘Day one revolting, day three baking genius’.

Gabby was overjoyed as she was announced as Star Baker
However, it was not enough to win Star Baker as Prue and Paul ruled him out for winning, they said: ‘It would be a miracle for David to win’.
Once gathered in the tent, Alison announced: ‘The winner is Gabby’.
Gabby took part in the show to raise awareness after her husband Kenny had a shock prostate cancer diagnosis in 2022.
The former Scottish rugby international, 52, was told over the phone he had cancer on February 7 after a routine check up.
Gabby was in the room when he took the Zoom call, but was only half listening as she got ready for a meeting.
‘We were so not prepared,’ he told The Mirror. ‘But when we both heard those words… that I had prostate cancer, she stopped what she was doing, and we just looked at each other.
‘He said we have time to get it out of your system. But when you hear the word cancer, that’s all that registers, its terrifying. As soon as I turned off the Zoom call, I burst into tears. My wife and I held each other, and we cried.’
Kenny said the consultant reassured them both that he would not die. He caught the cancer before it had a chance to spread.
He was prompted to have a male health MoT, which included a blood test, 18 months ago after Gabby started hormone replacement therapy to get on top of her own health.
That decision, he now says, saved his life.

Kenny said the consultant reassured the couple that he would not die as he caught the cancer before it had a chance to spread after having a male health MoT, which he has since said saved his life
‘Otherwise, I would have waited until I had a reason to see the doctor, and then it would have been too late,’ he said.
Prostate cancer can often be treated if caught early, but symptoms usually do not show up until the cancer is already in advanced states.
It is the most common cancer in men in the UK. The couple are encouraging men to learn more about the disease and consider talking to their GP about the risks.
Every year, upwards of 52,300 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer in the UK – more than 140 every day.
Up to 11,800 men in Britain die from prostate cancer annually, meaning it trails only lung and bowel cancer in yearly fatalities.
A family history of the disease can also increase the risk, but there was none in Kenny’s family.
