As per Distractify, Kairo’s willingness to hide the world from his kid and her mom likely has something to do with a particular fanbase of his. They stated that since Kairo mature he got plenty of attention from the ladies, including Shereé’s former RHOA co-star, Porsha Williams.
On the show, Porsha and Shereé even joked about the former becoming Kairo’s “sugar mama” while he was in school. Surprisingly, on Watch What Happens Live in 2017, Kairo went on to admit that he had a crush on his mother’s friend for a time. However, when Porsh became single in 2020, Kairo never dared to approach her when he had the chance. So, it could be that he had already met his baby mother by then.
The news about Kairo becoming a dad first came through Bravo’s The Daily Dish. They reported that Kairo had a baby girl in March 2023 (though it’s unclear when exactly the baby was born). But though Kairo’s now a father, neither he nor Shereé has posted the baby on their social media accounts. However, Shereé once cleverly confirmed Kairo was bringing in her first grandbaby back in December 2022.

The family of four wore adorable matching PJs in a TikTok video where Shereé showed off how much she knows each of her three children.
