BBC Radio 1 host Greg James was left horrified after his dog Barney had an accident on the train in front of shocked commuters.
The DJ, 38, was taking the train from London Waterloo to the vets for Barney to have an operation on his knee due to struggles with arthritis.
The journey was going smoothly until Barney shuffled near to the door and started to go to do ‘the biggest p**s I’ve ever seen,’ Greg said.
Greg claimed the wee lasted two whole minutes and in a desperate attempt to clean up the mess, he rushed to the toilet to get some tissues.
However with the pair needing to get off at the next stop, he was forced to leave the patch of wee.

After getting off the train heading to Portsmouth, Greg approached the guard to apologise.
The presenter also later apologised to South Western Railway and any passengers who saw what happened.
In a video shared on Instagram on Friday, Greg asked fans what he should have done in that situation.
‘He loves the train, we’ve had a load of journeys together,’ Greg said about Barney.
‘He was all round being a very very good boy…. until he shuffles over to the door and does the biggest p*** I’ve ever seen.
‘And I panic, I freeze. What are you supposed to do in this situation? I’m not exaggerating when I tell you, it was two minutes of p***.’
Greg was contacted by South Western Railway who assured him all was well on their end.
Head of train presentation Charlie said: ‘Please don’t feel bad! Canine companions like Barney will always be welcome on South Western Railway, even when their journeys don’t go entirely to plan.’

They continued: ‘We hope his op goes well and he’ll be back on his feet in no time.
‘If you are interested in finding out how the team and I deal with worse than this on a regular basis, especially after a big Friday night out, I would be thrilled to show you how we keep our trains clean and tidy for customers every day.’
Sharing the response online a day later, Greg said: ‘Reading between the lines here, I think me and Barn have quite literally been invited to go on the piss with South Western Railway. Fantastic result.
‘I’m picking him up later post-op and I can’t wait to share the news. He’ll be thrilled to have made some new friends simply by soiling himself.’
Greg shares Barney with his wife Bella Mackie, to whom he got engaged in June 2018 after the writer popped the question to the radio DJ.
Greg previously shared a snap of the couple’s wedding day in September of that year to Instagram and wrote: ‘Bella and I got married and it was the most incredible day of my life.
‘I think it was up there for her too. She is the best thing ever and I feel like I might actually burst with happiness’.
Greg announced the engagement news just a day after it was confirmed he would replace Nick Grimshaw has host of Radio 1’s Breakfast Show.
