They wrote: ‘Glad to see Mark Owen has tidied himself up’: ‘Mark is looking so much better!’

‘Mark Owen is taking me back to my youth after ditching that god awful moustache and growing back his curtains. And I’m here for it.’

‘Thank goodness Mark Owen has cut his hair: ‘Baby faced Mark is back! looking beautiful’.

The singer had previously shocked fans in 2022, by adopting a moustache and long hair while promoting his solo album.

Appearing on BBC Breakfast at the time, host Sally Nugent couldn’t help but probe Mark about his makeover.

Referring to his Take That days, she asked: ‘Actually, you look different. The moustache, how long has that been there?’

Mark replied: ‘It’s been there for about four years probably. It started off as a beard and then my beard got a bit patchy on this side. Then we were going on tour, and beards can get a bit sweaty on tour…’

He continued: ‘So then it became a moustache and it sort of stuck. My children keep threatening to cut it off, they’re like, ‘Can we just…?’

But the musician, who has long been known as the ‘cute one’ in the band, has apparently decided to change things up again (pictured in 1992)

Explaining his reasoning for wanting to keep the moustache, he commented: ‘I’ve done my artwork. I can’t change the look! I’ve done the video. I can’t change my look now.’

They have been revelling in the success of their latest album, This Life, which shot straight to number one.

And now, it’s been reported that Take That have a film project about their upcoming tour in the works.

The band – made up of Gary Barlow, Mark Owen, and Howard Donald – kicked off their extensive tour in Sheffield next Saturday.

But for fans who are unable to attend any of the 41 UK dates the singers have lined up, there may be another way to see the iconic band in action.

An insider told The Sun that the tour ‘marks a significant milestone for the band’ who would like to document their success.

They revealed: ‘They’re in talks about putting together a film for the tour, which will give fans a real insight to the inner workings of the group.

‘The finer details are all being worked out but it is something they really want to make happen.’

The source added that it will be a huge six months for the band and the trio can’t wait to get back on stage.

MailOnline has contacted Take That’s representatives for comment.

Aside from the tour, the band have also announced they will perform at an exclusive four-day festival in Malta called The Greatest Weekend.

It will feature a star-studded lineup including Sam Ryder, Sugababes, Ella Henderson, Daniel Bedingfield, and Heather Small.

Running between Thursday, October 17 and Sunday, October 20, the live event will see Gary, Mark and Howard host a ‘celebration of music, entertainment, and unforgettable moments, curated by the band themselves’.

Alongside some promo images posted on their official Instagram, the band captioned them: ‘Not only will we be putting on a Greatest Hits show, we’ll also perform our second album ‘Everything Changes’ in full.

‘Howard will be treating you to an epic DJ set, and we’re setting up nightclub events, pool party, boat parties and loads more for you all!’
