The Detroit Pistons (3-36) lost to the Houston Rockets (19-18) by a two-point margin on Saturday at Little Caesars Arena. During the 112-110 loss, Isaiah Stewart turned the ball over in the most humiliating way possible, leaving his coaches completely baffled.
Stewart, 22, stepped out of bounds after his teammate Killian Hayes had already inbounded him the ball. The coaches on the bench were visibly frustrated.

Hayes, 22, and other Pistons players nearby were also in disbelief that Stewart was not focused. Even the broadcast commentators trolled Detroit.
Stewart, who finished the night with 16 points and seven rebounds, had not played in a game since December 26, but that’s no excuse for the blunder.
Pistons are the worst NBA team ever
Detroit ended its NBA record-tying losing streak at 28 games on December 30, 2023 with a 129-127 victory over the short-handed Toronto Raptors.
They have yet to win again since that moment and it’s looking like a new losing streak might form, with the skid currently at seven games.
Pistons head coach Monty Williams needs to do something drastic to save the season, or at least his job. but things are looking grim for him right now.
