Multiple people have reportedly been shot during an Eid celebration in West Philadelphia.
Four people have reportedly been arrested and guns were seized from the scene, reports 6abc. At least one police officer also fired a weapon at the scene.
It is unclear exactly how many people have been shot or what the extent of their injuries are. One of those being treated is a suspected gunman, reports Philadelphia Inquirer.
A pedestrian running from the shooting was also reportedly hit by a car. The extent of their injuries is not clear.
A heavy police presence has descended on the area near the Philadelphia Masjid, and early reports indicate the shooting may have occurred outside the mosque.

The shots reportedly came shortly after 2pm, where a large crowd had gathered for the religious event.
Nearby schools have been placed on lockdown.
