CRC Group, a national wholesale distributor of specialty insurance products, has announced that it has hired the team and purchased the renewal rights for the business of Griffin General Agency, a Texas-based MGA.

Griffin General Agency operations include commercial P&C binding and personal lines. The addition of Griffin continues CRC Groupās investment in its binding franchise. It follows the 2020 acquisitions of California-based W. Brown & Associates and Louisiana-based Specialty Risk Associates. CRC Binding has also added more than 85 new producers and opened several new binding offices over the past two years.
