Le P’Tit Polyte
Presided over by Michelin-starred chef Mathew Hegarty, Le P’Tit Polyte provides a gastronomic treat at a not-too-ridiculous price. The inventive menu includes some unusual pairings – crayfish with pomegranate, apple and wasabi, or foie gras with almonds and cherry stone cream. The restaurant name? It’s an affectionate play on the name of the hotelier’s grandfather, Hippolyte Mounier.

Chalet La Toura
Located at 2,600m near the Jandri Express mid-station, Chalet La Toura has great pizzas and salads at reasonable prices.
Chalets de la Fées
Chalets de la Fées is in a beautiful setting at 2,242m in the Vallon des Gours. It offers local specialities such as Crozets de Mont-de-Lans (small square-shaped pasta). Try fresh local trout or ravioli with Royans cheese and smoked salmon.

Le Diable au Coeur
A cosy wood and stone chalet on the piste at 2,400m, Le Diable au Coeur serves local dishes such as egg en cocotte with girolle mushroom and grilled Vercors trout from the streams in the valley. Inside, there’s an open fire, and on sunny days the views from the terrace are spectacular.
