Bobby Hill has five, and that might have been his most important of the day. Magpies back in front… three minutes to go.

And it came from a huge mistake from North Melbourne. The kick out from Zac Fisher landed between two Magpies, which lead to a turnover and very costly Collingwood goal.

Oh, the drama!

Brynn Teakle joined the Kangaroos in the mid-season draft. Now he has put North Melbourne back in front to break a run of seven unanswered goals. Marvel Stadium is rocking.

The Magpies have hit the front and the crowd have gone ballistic.

If you’re a lipreader, you would have probably caught a few swear words from Clarkson in the coaches’ box.

The last major off the boot of Jeremy Howe. And you won’t believe this, but that goal was all created, again, by Nick Daicos.

Nick Daicos is destroying Liam Shiels after Phillips went off and the margin is now just a goal after the margin at one point was 54 points.

There is still eight minutes remaining.

It’s hard to believe the roof at Marvel Stadium hasn’t blown off yet. This atmosphere is off the chain.

Bobby Hill has closed the gap to just one straight kick with his fourth goal of the day. It all started with a remarkable bicycle-type kick from Nick Daicos on half-back, who was being held from behind and driven to the ground.

Daicos was involved again, running the ball straight down the guts as Alastair Clarkson sweated in the coaches’ box.

Uh oh, North Melbourne fans. Here come the Magpies.

They have now kicked three goals in quick succession to draw back the margin to within striking distance.

The last from Beau McCreery.

There’s still a long way to go now with 13 minutes left on the clock.

From Peter Ryan at Marvel:

The surge is on and everyone in the venue knows it. Five goals brings margin back to 13 points.

Bobby Hill got in front of Tristan Xerri and Darcy Cameron’s ruckman battle to take a grab in Collingwood’s forward half, and then kicked another goal for the Pies.

It’s within four kicks now. Collingwood are coming – will North hold on?

Magpie Harvey Harrison has put through the first goal of the fourth quarter after a tightly fought opening five minutes. You’d be chewing your nails if you’re a Roos fan, despite being five goals up.

Liam Shiels has now gone to tag Nick Daicos, as Will Phillips subbed off in a surprising move unless Phillips is injured. Jaidyn Stephenson is in the game.

This from Peter Ryan at Marvel:

Collingwood chant is starting as the Magpie fans begin to dream as the margin now 25 points after three consecutive Collingwood goals.

Here we go, fourth quarter.

You’d expect both North and Collingwood fans would be feeling pretty nervous right about now.

The Roos hold a significant lead but this is the Magpies, the fourth-quarter specialists, we’re talking about.
