Celine focused on the health of her remaining two babies, who thrived as a result. As for their birth, the singer opted for a C-section.

She explained, “I’d had one with René-Charles at the last minute when I was already in labour. That was hard but because it was twins they recommend the C-section and I wanted healthy babies. It wasn’t a fashion choice.”

The procedure was carefully scheduled to ensure the babies were at least 5lb. She was 35 weeks pregnant when she gave birth to Eddy and Nelson on October 23, 2010.

When her twins were born, they weighed 5lb 10oz and 5lb 4oz, almost 12lb combined. “I gained 60lb in all. That was just belly,” she revealed. The twins remained in a neonatal intensive care unit for several days due to mild jaundice but were otherwise healthy.

She acquired a massive bed to sleep in with her twins, who were young then. “They are comforting me a lot. I need them. I need them close. And when it’s time for them to say they want their room, their room’s ready. But we watch a lot of TV together,” Celine divulged.

Skeptics questioned her choice of attire. One asked, “Why do they come back nude?” while another expressed disbelief, saying, “Huh. I thought she had a bad hereditary disease??? Or is it a clone??”

Fashion critiques also entered the discussion. A disappointed netizen commented, “Vogue cover and that is what she is wearing!?” Furthermore, another speculated about her look, wondering, “So it’s true she’s wearing a wig?”

However, some admired Celine’s looks. A fan said, “I’m glad that she’s back and that she is well. But why does every female celebrity have to prove herself by posing naked or semi-naked, that’s beyond me.”

She also showed elegance in a striking brown and gold ensemble from Saint Laurent, complemented by Cartier jewelry and Christian Louboutin shoes. Another snapshot featured her in an elegant Jacquemus piece.

Amid fans’ and skeptics’ reactions, Dion felt lucky to be the cover model for the magazine despite her condition. “Although I had better health and beauty at 30, I didn’t get asked to do one then…I am being asked to reveal my beauty,” she said.

Celine has openly discussed with Vogue her battle with SPS and provided insights into her resilience and daily challenges. “I’m well, but it’s a lot of work. I’m taking it one day at a time,” she noted.

Moreover, her relocation to Las Vegas offers significant benefits.

Living just 35 minutes away from work has granted Dion invaluable time to prepare and interact with her team. This arrangement also allows her to easily return home, see her children, and sleep in her bed

“People who suffer from SPS may not be lucky enough or have the means to have good doctors and good treatments. I have those means, and this is a gift,” Celine emphasized, as she stressed the importance of her family, fans, and medical team in her crucial battle against SPS.
