Noel Gallagher opted not to get involved with celebrations after Man City moved one step closer to Premier League glory with a 4-0 win at Fulham.

Josko Gvardiol fired his side in front after just 13 minutes at Craven Cottage, with the summer signing finishing off an excellently worked team move by slotting his strike beyond Bernd Leno.

City had several chances to add to their advantage in the first-half but were unable to double their lead until Phil Foden added a second after the interval.

From there the visitors were rampant, and Gvardiol made it three in front of the away end prompting wild celebrations from the travelling supporters.

The City faithful then launched into their signature Poznan celebration behind the goal, with fans linking arms and bouncing with their backs to the pitch.

That is, other than one famous face in the crowd.

Cameras caught former Oasis guitarist Gallagher refusing to join in the Poznan as he instead remained facing forward throughout.

The supporters would have yet more reason to cheer in the closing stages as City were awarded a penalty when Issa Diop was shown a second yellow card for bringing down substitute Julian Alvarez in the box.

Josko Gvardiol had the opportunity to become the first defender in Premier League history to score a hat-trick but Alvarez ultimately stepped up from twelve yards and converted the spot kick.

Pep Guardiola’s side can now confirm a historic fourth-consecutive league title if they can win their two remaining Premier League fixtures.
