Fans of home cleaning guru Mrs Hinch are sharing a £1.10 hack to stop spiders making webs on their windows and doors.
There’s nothing worse than walking out of your house in the morning, ready to start a new day and immediately walking face-first into a giant spider web, complete with a fat arachnid which is now on your face.
If that’s the stuff of nightmares, then a Mrs Hinch fan has come up with a simple and cheap solution which spiders hate.

Expert’s £1.45 item to stop spiders coming into your home this winter
Spider season is well and truly upon us, with eight legged beasts making their way into our homes, gardens, sheds and garages in search of romance as the dark nights draw in.
It should be noted that spiders are completely harmless in the UK and in fact, they perform important roles in the environment and in the home, chasing down insects and keeping bug populations from becoming infestations inside your house.

But if you’re a deathly arachnophobe, there is a way to repel them without hurting them or the environment at large.
Mrs Hinch fan Sara-Jayne Wardaugh said: “For people that hate spiders. I use this as my regular window cleaner and never get them coming in and I have a massive web outside my window.”
She then posted a photo of Fabulosa Mint Swirl, a window cleaner with mint oil in it.
It’s commonly known that spiders hate mint and peppermint. They taste with their feet, and spiders hate the overpowering taste of mint.
So if you grab some of this mint window cleaner for jus £1.30 a bottle, not only will you get clean windows and a fresh minty smell but you’ll also turn spiders away right at your windows and doors.
If you can’t even stand spiders outside your windows or don’t want to risk walking out of your house and into a web, you can spray it across the outside of windows and doors as well.
If you want to stock up, you can buy a whole stack of nine bottles for just £10. Otherwise, they cost about £1.30 individually.
