Police cordon in Bradford street as ‘military supplies’ found in home – live updates

Police have swarmed a house in Bradford after ‘military supplies’ were found.

‘Military supplies’ have reportedly been found at a house in Hollingwood Lane in Bradford on Friday (September 15) afternoon. West Yorkshire Police swarmed the house and a cordon is now in place.

Emergency services have since called Army experts to the scene in Bradford to assess the supplies found. A cordon remains in place on Friday evening as the incident is ongoing.

A West Yorkshire Police said: “Police are in attendance at a house on Hollingwood Lane, Bradford following the discovery of an amount of suspected military ordnance there this afternoon ( 15 /9 ). A police scene has been put in place as a precaution to ensure public safety.
