Warren and Hearn reflect on a dramatic night

Is that the end for Wilder?

Wilder wanted to prove he still had it but that was a hugely damaging defeat.

Will we see him in a ring again? It appears unlikely.

Turki Alalshikh teases huge Wembley card

Turki Alalshikh has confirmed he will announce a big Wembley card for September at the end of the month.

AJ is due to headline, but who will he face? Zhang and Dubois are the frontrunners right now.

Queensberry pick up a $3m bonus

Frank Warren is presented a $3m bonus for his company while ‘We Are The Champions’ play in the background.

It could not have gone any better for Queensberry tonight.

Zhilai Zhang: ‘I learned to stay focused after Parker loss’

Zhang lost his last fight against Joseph Parker and says he was over-confident on that occasion.

But he was laser-focused tonight and picked up the biggest win of his career.

He declares that the Big Bang is back!

Round 5: Zhang blasts out Wilder! It’s a whitewash for Team Warren!

Wilder is down and out!

Wilder actually landed a good right hand of his own early in the round, but Zhang came back and landed a huge right hook. Wilder didn’t have a clue where he was as he spun around, and Zhang connected with another massive right hook to send him down.

The American got back to his feet but didn’t know where he was and the referee had no choice but to wave it off.

Round 4: Both men very cautious

Wilder punches his own chest to try to fire himself up. He needs to start punching his opponent!

Neither man is throwing much at all, but Zhang has landed the cleaner shots so far.

Round 3: Wilder reluctant to throw punches

Wilder doesn’t really look like he wants to be there but he can never be counted out.

Zhang is putting him under constant pressure and lands a cuffing right hook.

The Wilder right hand is so lethal but he is just not pulling the trigger.

Round 2: Zhang hurts Wilder

Zhang catches Wilder in the corner and begins to unload.

Wilder fires back but Zhang certainly got the better of that exchange.

Zhang then lands a big right hook and that hurt Wilder. Really tough round for the American.

Round 1: Very quiet start

Wilder goes straight on the back foot trying to tee up that right hand.

Neither man lands anything of note, and they know one punch could change everything.

It is only pride for Matchroom on the line now ahead of the final fight.

But there is a lot at stake for Wilder and Zhang as they look to position themselves for a potential fight against AJ in September.

Frank Warren: ‘Dubois could be in with AJ at Wembley’

Dubois deserves a big fight after beating Hrgovic, and Warren confirms AJ could be next up.

Let’s see how the main event plays out, because Wilder and Zhang could have something to say about that.

Daniel Dubois: ‘I ate those shots, they woke me up!’

Dubois had to come through some tough moments but he dug deep and got the job done.

He declares that he is ‘so proud of himself’ and he seemed to just come on like a steam train.

A brilliant win for the 26-year-old and he is now the interim IBF heavyweight champion. Could it be AJ next? He says ‘bring it on!’

Another One Bites the Dust rings around the arena

Salt is being rubbed into the Matchroom wounds now, as Queen’s hit Another One Bites the Dust is played over the tannoy.

4-0 win wins to Queensberry, and they are now 8-0 on the night. They cannot be caught.

Round 8: Dubois wins via knockout! 8-0 to Team Warren!

Hrgovic is cut over both eyes and is now getting beaten up.

The referee calls over the doctor and it’s waved off!

Round 7: Dubois hurts Hrgovic badly!

Here comes Dubois!

He lands a short right hand and keeps piling on the pressure. Hrgovic looks very tired and Dubois is going in for the kill.

A left hook connects followed by a massive right hand! How is Hrgovic still on his feet? That is a massive round for the Brit.

Round 6: Hrgovic edging it at halfway

Both men trade right hands once more. Hrgovic maybe slightly getting the better of it and he has landed far more power punches, but Dubois is still pushing forward.

Hrgovic should be ahead at halfway but this is far from over.

Round 5: Dubois taking Hrgovic’s best shots

The cut was caused by a punch, meaning if the fight is stopped it would count as a Dubois win via knockout.

Hrgovic maybe feels he can’t let this go 12 and he puts his foot down, landing multiple big right hands. Dubois has shown a serious chin tonight.

Hrgovic probably won that round, but he looks tired and we’re not halfway yet.

Round 4: Hrgovic bounces back but his cut is worsening

Hrgovic is sloppy with his punches at times, but he lands a clean straight right that Dubois has to take.

This has been fought at a ferocious pace and you wonder how much longer they can keep this going.

That’s a Hrgovic round, but very little to split them right now, and that cut is getting worse.

Round 3: Dubois lands big, Hrgovic is cut

Left hook from Dubois lands on the temple. Both men have taken some big shots already.

A straight right catches Hrgovic, but he returns the favour. There have been a couple of head clashes, and Hrgovic is cut above the right eye.

Round 2: Huge punches from both men

Hrgovic is nailing Dubois with every right hand.

But Dubois is taking them so far and comes back with his own right hand. There has been no feeling-out process. Both men are going for the knockout.

Round 1: Hrgovic starts fast

Dubois goes on the front foot behind his jab, but Hrgovic looks very loose and nails Dubois with the right hand.

And then again. He can’t miss with the straight right. Dubois has to be very careful here. Big start for Hrgovic but Dubois is still there and dangerous.

Filip Hrgovic enters the ring

Hrgovic joins Dubois in the ring and we are almost ready for this heavyweight showdown.

Daniel Dubois is in the ring

Dubois almost runs to the ring. He is bang up for this and putting Team Warren out of sight.

Final preparation for Dubois

Filip Hrgovic needs a knockout

For Filip Hrgovic, the task is simple – win by knockout.

If he does not, Matchroom will have lost the evening. He also needs to catch the eye to put forward his case to take on AJ.

Can Daniel Dubois wrap up the victory for Team Warren?

Daniel Dubois will be representing Team Warren in the penultimate fight of the evening.

Remember, if he avoids being knocked out, Queenberry will win the night.

But he will be all about getting the win, knowing that a potential fight with Anthony Joshua could be next.

Round 4: Nip and tuck affair

This is turning into a battle of the jabs, and Zinad is holding his own.

Bivol looks to have a little more to his arsenal, but Zinad is still in this and has landed some decent shots.

Both men go head to head as the bell rings, a bit of added spice that we need as we move into the second third of the fight.

Still nowhere near full in the arena

As the announcer makes the introductions, it is clear that there are still a lot of empty seats in the stands.

Can Bivol get the fans back to their seats by delivering a big knockout?

Sheeraz is now mandatory challenger for the WBC middleweight title, and he says he is ready to become a world champion.

Based on that performance, it’s hard to disagree.

Whitewash for Warren so far

This has been the perfect night for Team Warren so far.

With Sheeraz winning by knockout that is two points, which then get doubled to make it four points.

So, Team Warren now lead 6-0. This is getting embarrassing for Team Hearn.

Round 10: Sheeraz knocks down Williams!

Down goes Williams! Lead right hook from Sheeraz and Williams is saved by the bell.

Williams had actually landed a good shot himself earlier in the round, but it’s a peach of a right hook from Sheeraz. Williams needs a knockout to win this now.

Round 9: Sheeraz picking Williams apart

The Sheeraz jab just isn’t missing.

Williams hasn’t won a round in a while and surely needs a knockout now.

Round 8: Williams bleeding from the mouth

Round 7: Sheeraz in control

A bit better from Williams as he lands a cuffing right hook, but Sheeraz comes back with a triple jab followed by a right hand. That’s beautiful boxing.

Sheeraz looks very confident right now.

Round 6: Sheeraz taking over with his jab

Sheeraz’s jab is phenomenal, and Williams’ right eye is beginning to close.

Williams’ knees briefly buckle from a jab, that’s how potent that shot is for Sheeraz.

Really good round for Sheeraz and he is probably just ahead on the scorecards after six rounds.

Round 5: Fight is on a knife edge

Williams beginning to get on the inside, and that is exactly what he has to do.

He thuds in shots to the body, but Sheeraz covers up well. As the fight moves to long range, Sheeraz lands his jab at will.

Huge shots are coming in, and if they land clean someone is going down.

Round 4: Williams troubles Sheeraz again

This is an absolute fire-fight.

Williams lands big this time and Sheeraz is forced to hold on. He is not as badly hurt on this occasion, and comes back with a lovely uppercut.

Tight round, this is another excellent fight so far.

Round 3: Sheeraz wobbles Williams!

This fight surely can’t go the distance.

Now Sheeraz briefly troubles Williams with a big shot. Both men throwing punches with bad intentions.

Sheeraz follows in with a big left hook, then a right hand, but Williams stays upright. Huge round for Sheeraz, though, punctuated with a huge right on the bell.

Hearn throws his support behind Wilder

Something we thought we’d never see – Eddie Hearn giving Deontay Wilder a pep talk.

He badly needs a win from the American later.

Round 2: Williams hurts Sheeraz!

Big left hand from Williams and Sheeraz is on wobbly legs.

The big man holds on to try to clear his head, and then lands a good right uppercut of his own.

Williams can’t miss with the lead left hand straight down the middle from the southpaw stance, though. That’s an excellent round for the American and Matchroom.

Ball vs Ford scorecards

A look at those Ball vs Ford scorecards after the Brit came out on top.

They could not have been any tighter!

Round 1: Cagey opening round

I have no idea how Sheeraz gets down to middleweight, he is absolutely huge.

Williams struggles to find the range early on, but he can punch and Sheeraz needs to be careful. One long left hand gets his attention.

Sheeraz tried a combination late in the round but Williams slips out the way. Cagey start.

Both men unbeaten… here we go

Neither Sheeraz nor Williams has tasted defeat so far, but someone’s 0 has to go.

Here comes the first bell…

So, that’s 1-0 to the UK against USA so far tonight.

Raymond Ford: ‘Nick Ball was the better man tonight’

Ford says he has ‘no excuses’ and will now move up to 130lbs. That was a brilliant fight with two elite operators going toe-to-toe.

Eddie Hearn: ‘That was a fight of the year contender’

No sour grapes from Hearn as he admits it was a very close fight. He feels Ford did enough, but does not begrudge Ball his win.

Frank Warren: Nick Ball is a ‘relentless dynamo’

Ball just would not stop, and Warren could not be happier for him.

Nick Ball: ‘I’m a true champion’

Ball admits he had to ‘dig deep’ but he came through a busted nose to get his hand raised.

That’s a hugely impressive win for the Brit.

Nick Ball wins a split decision!

115-113 to Ford, 115-113 Ball, 115-113 to Ball!

Nick Ball is the new world champion. 2-0 to Team Warren!

Warren and Hearn both think their man has won

Warren and Hearn both celebrated at the final bell. We await the judges’ scorecards. This will be controversial. If it’s a draw, neither team gets any points!

Round 12: Unbelievable final round!

Both men know they need a big last round and Ball pushes Ford back to the ropes, but Ford lands a good right hook and Ball’s legs dip slightly.

Ball comes back, but then another right hook for Ford and Ball is hurt!

But only briefly, as he comes on strong, this is brilliant action. Ball landed more shots in that last round but Ford connected with the better shots.

I have no idea who has won this one!

Deontay Wilder is in the building

Round 10: Nothing to separate the two men

Ball is like a wasp buzzing around the target, but Ford displays good footwork to move out of range.

It’s really a case of what you prefer. Ball is outworking Ford, but Ford is landing the cleaner shots on the whole.

It could all come down to the last two rounds. After 10, it must be 5-5 or 6-4 to either man – it’s that tight.

Feet up time for Zhang

Zhilei Zhang still has a little while until he makes his way to the ring, and he looks as relaxed as ever in his dressing room.

Round 9: Ball bounces back

Ball is relentless and he lands multiple uppercuts, but Ford takes them well.

Ford is just looking to create a bit of space to fire in his own punches and this fight is really catching fire now.

That’s a good comeback round from Ball who threw more punches and landed more.

Round 8: Ford coming on strong

Ball’s nose is really bothering him and Ford lands another huge uppercut. That’s the punch for the American.

Ball takes it well but this fight has turned. The Brit is still pushing forward, but that’s another round for Ford. It’s all to play for with four rounds to go.

Round 7: Ford busts Ball’s nose

Better from Ford as he lands to the body, but Ball refuses to back down as he lands an uppcerut in return.

But then Ford lands a huge sweeping left hand and Ball’s nose is busted! Is that a fight-turning punch? Big round for Ford.

Hrgovic limbering up

Filip Hrgovic will face Britain’s Daniel Dubois later, and he is currently having a mssage backstage.

He looks like he doesn’t have a care in the world.

Round 6: Ball gathering momentum

Ford’s corner seemed a little concerned in between rounds, and you can see why.

Ball just keeps coming forward and is having a lot of joy with uppercuts. The referee has a brief word with Ball for some work on the inside, but he keeps pressing on.

That’s another Ball round and he should be ahead on the cards at halfway.

Round 5: Big round for Ball

Ball really fancies this, and he gets through with a sharp uppercut.

Back comes Ford with a body shot, but Ball is not giving an inch and he connects with a left uppercut. Beautiful punch.

Ball is showing he’s so much more than a brawler as he spins around the target and unloads on Ford. The American now has a couple of cuts and Ball is getting on top.

Round 4: Ball going through the gears

Ford connects with an uppcercut, but Ball comes him on to suggest he wasn’t bothered by it.

Ball then lands a good left hook and he is warming to his task. He bullies Ford to the ropes and chops down with a left hook. Excellent round for Ball.

AJ meets Andre Onana

Boxing meets football as AJ and Onana are spotted chatting at ringside.

Round 3: Ford suffers a cut

It’s not always pretty from Ball but that doesn’t matter. It’s all about effective work.

He throws a six-punch combination and only lands one, but it brings applause from the crowd.

Ford is a classy operator, but Ball isn’t giving him a moment’s peace. Another close round, but Ford is cut just below his right eye, and it was caused by a punch.

Round 2: Better from Ball

Ford won his last fight with just 10 seconds to go of round 12 so he is always dangerous.

This is better from Ball, though, as he lands a nice uppercut on the inside. There is some real pop behind the punches of both men, and Ford is going after the body early on.

That’s a tight round, but more encouragement for Ball.

Round 1: Sharp start from Ford

Ball is always the smaller man when he fights and knows he needs to get on the inside.

Ford is so sharp, and lands a good straight left from the southpaw stance to the body.

Ball is looking to dip under Ford’s shots but can’t land anything clean yet. A good opening round for the American.

Could we get our first knockout of the evening?

Ball and Ford can both bang, and this is another tough fight to call.

The introductions are over, time for the first bell…

And here comes the champion…

Raymond Ford is on his way as he bids to retain his title.

This could be his final fight at featherweight as he has talked about moving up to super-featherweight soon. Will he end his time at 126lbs as champion?

Here comes Nick Ball

Will it be second time lucky for Nick Ball?

The Liverpudlian is on his way to the ring as he aims to become a world champion and change his life.

All very cordial between Hearn and Warren so far

There was plenty of chatting between Hearn and Warren during that first fight.

Will they be so friendly as the night progresses and the stakes get bigger and bigger?

Bad start for Matchroom

Ford vs Ball will be up shortly

Straight onto our second fight and it’s a featherweight world title fight.

Nick Ball will be looking to get the better of Raymond Ford, with Ford knowing he needs to get a win on the board for Matchroom.

Frank Warren: Hutchinson ‘can become the real deal’

Warren is delighted with his winning start, and says Hutchinson can get even better.

Queensberry take the early advantage, can Matchroom bounce back?

Willy Hutchinson: ‘I’m young, hungry and ready to take over the world!’

After needle in the build-up, there is plenty of respect between both men after the bell. Hutchinson labels Richards a ‘hell of a fighter’.

Hutchinson is still only 25, and claims he is ‘ready to take over the world’ after tonight’s win. He’s now put himself in the title mix at 175lbs.

Willy Hutchinson beats Craig Richards on points. 1-0 to Team Warren!

Hutchinson deservedly gets the decision on all three scorecards.

116-112, 117-111, 119-109 for the Scot.

That’s 1-0 to Team Warren.

Round 12: Hutchinson celebrates at the bell

Richards knows he needs to stop Hutchinson, but he doesn’t have much left in the tank.

Hutchinson all of a sudden is bouncing around on his toes again, and lands a lovely couple of jabs in quick succession.

Hutchinson is bleeding from the nose, but he managed that last round very well and has surely won this one. It has to be 1-0 to Team Warren.

Andre Onana is here!

The Man United goalkeeper has arrived, and even had a nibble on the way into the arena!

Round 11: Richards refusing to give in

If this is a taste of what’s to come, we’ve got a hell of a night on our hands.

Richards is almost swinging himself off his feet as he lands a big right hand, then a left hook. Hutchinson comes back with big punches of his own – these men have chins made of granite.

That’s a Richards round, but he probably needs a knockout in the last round to win this one.

Round 10: What a round!

Eddie Hearn is on his feet as Richards piles on the pressure. Is the come-from-behind win on the cards?

He lands a big right hand and both men are swinging for the fences. Hutchinson should probably stick to his boxing, but his pride has taken over.

Back comes Hutchinson! Big left hand, and another, how is Richards staying up?

What a round! It’s probably Hutchinson’s in the end, but both men are so tired. Two rounds to go, it’s up for grabs!

Nick Ball is locked in

Nick Ball will be in the ring after this fight, and he looks locked in on becoming a world champion at the second time of asking.

Round 9: Richards fights back

Richards’ trainer Shane McGuigan is urging his man on, insisting Hutchinson is tiring.

Hutchinson is now fighting in bursts, but his work is effective, while Richards is failing to land anything big.

With just over 10 seconds of the round to go Richards lands a big right hand. He is just starting to build a bit of momentum.

Round 8: Hutchinson slowing down slightly

Hutchinson has never been past seven so this is the longest fight of his career.

Is he starting to feel the pace? Richards starts the round well and seems to bother Hutchinson a little with an attack in the corner.

But Hutchinson then lands a peach of a left hand out of the southpaw stance from off the ropes. A beautifully timed shot.

Hutchinson is slowing down, but he still has a handy lead.

World champion Raymond Ford up next…

We will be moving toworld title action in our next fight, and Raymond Ford is looking sharp on the pads backstage.

Round 7: Hutchinson still on top

Hutchinson has the edge in speed and power here and is putting his shots together very nicely.

Richards is trying to go for the body, but Hutchinson is still landing the better punches and snapping Richards’ head back.

Round 6: Hutchinson well ahead at halfway

Hutchinson is finding it easy to avoid Richards’ attacks at the moment.

A quieter round and Richards is starting to target the body more. He has to try something different. Perhaps a Richards round that one, but he is well behind at halfway.

AJ has arrived!

Anthony Joshua has arrived to support the Matchroom stable. It’s not looking great for Richards at the moment, though.

Round 5: Hutchinson cannot miss!

The left hook-right hand combination is working well for Hutchinson.

Richards just cannot get into this fight, and Hutchinson lands multiple punches as he leaps in from distance.

Richards is known for his engine, but he is leaving himself a lot of work to do as we move towards the halfway point. He’s probably lost every round.

Boxing - Willy Hutchinson vs Craig Richards - Kingdom Arena, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - June 1, 2024 Willy Hutchinson and Craig Richards in action during their fight REUTERS/Hamad I Mohammed

Round 4: Hutchinson in complete control

Something to note: Hutchinson has never been beyond seven rounds, can he keep this pace going for 12 rounds?

He’s boxing with a swagger at the moment, and Richards is struggling to trouble him so far.

The right hand over the top is working a treat for Hutchinson, and that’s another round banked for the Scot. Frank Warren will be very happy with what he’s seeing from his man.

Round 3: Hutchinson growing in confidence

Hutchinson is mixing things up well to the head and body, and then springs into action to knock Richards back with a big right hand, and then another!

Hutchinson well on top. Richards is nicknamed ‘The Spider’ and he’s got himself caught in a bit of a web so far.

Round 2: Hutchinson starting to land cleanly

Hutchinson looks the more explosive fighter and he connects with a right hand over the top.

Hutchinson is switching between orthodox and southpaw, not allowing Richards to get into his rhythm.

The first round was close, but that was certainly a round for Hutchinson.

Round 1: Very close start

Hutchinson goes straight on the front foot and lands a leaping left hook.

Richards is looking to get his jab going, but Hutchinson lands a solid straight right.

Not much to split them in that round, perhaps Hutchinson just landed the more eye-catching shots.

It’s fight time!

The introductions are over, time to get down to business. Richards vs Hutchinson just seconds away from getting tonight’s action started…

Here comes Willy Hutchinson

Queensberry’s Hutchinson looks confident as he makes his way to the ring.

His only defeat came by stoppage, but can he prove he’s a world level fighter tonight? Both men weren’t taking a backwards step at yesterday’s weigh-in…

Craig Richards makes his way to the ring

Here we go. Richards is on his way to the ring for Matchroom. Plenty of empty seats in the arena for now, but they are sure to fill up as the night progresses.

Bivol in the building

Dmitry Bivol has arrived for his fight against Malik Zinad.

He was originally due to face Artur Beterbiev in an undisputed light-heavyweight fight, but Beterbiev pulled out due to injury.

A win for Bivol tonight will set up that clash with Beterbiev in the second half of 2024.

Warren and Hearn set the scene…

Tonight’s fights don’t need much more hype, but Warren and Hearn are going to do their best anyway!

They have just been speaking together in the ring, before it all finishes with a respectful handshake. Let battle commence!

Malik Zinad eyes huge upset win against Dmitry Bivol

We will have three huge fights and then the Warren vs Hearn card will be paused for the small matter of a world title fight between Dmitry Bivol and Malik Zinad.

Zinad is a big underdog, but he has just arrived at the arena, and looked as cool as a cucumber.

The live action will be getting underway shortly….

Grab your dinner and a drink, the first fight will be starting shortly.

Who’s going to come out on top – Hearn or Warren? We’re about to find out…

Willy Hutchinson is ready to rumble

Hutchinson has just one loss on his record and will be desperate to move closer to a potential world title shot by beating Richards.

A sneak peak inside his dressing room suggests the Scot is not feeling the nerves…

Craig Richards up first for Matchroom

Craig Richards will be involved in tonight’s first fight when he takes on Willy Hutchinson.

The Matchroom fighter has an 18-3-1 record, and will be hoping to get his team off to the perfect start.

There has been plenty of needle in the build-up, and it is difficult to pick a winner from the light-heavyweight contest.

Is there a points system in place for tonight’s 5 vs 5 event?

Indeed there is!

If a fighter wins by decision, their team will be awarded one point. If a fighter wins by knockout, their team will be awarded two points.

And… each team has a nominated captain where there are double points on offer. Team Hearn is captained by Deontay Wilder, while Team Warren is led by Hamzah Sheeraz.

It could all come down to the final fight of the night!

The fighters are in the building…

Tonight’s action will be getting underway in the next half hour, and the likes of Craig Richards and Raymond Ford – representing Matchroom – have arrived.

Hamzah Sheeraz aiming to move into world title contention

Hamzah Sheeraz has a fascinating fight on his hands against American Ammo Williams.

The winner will move into the mandatory position for a middleweight world title shot.

Mail Sport joined the unbeaten Brit on his pilgrimage in Mecca for Ramadan back in March, and he opened up on his ambitions in the sport.

Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury throw their support behind tonight’s show

Some of boxing’s biggest names will be tuning in to watch tonight’s show.

Anthony Joshua, who is promoted by Hearn, and Tyson Fury – promoted by Warren – have seen supportive messages, making their allegiances very clear!

Mini-Mike Tyson ready for second shot at glory

Nick Ball was extremely unfortunate not to get his hands on a world title when his fight with Mexico’s Rey Vargas was controversially scored a draw on the Anthony Joshua vs Francis Ngannou undercard in March.

He will get a second shot at glory tonight, though, representing Warren against America’s Raymond Ford.

Ball, whose style has been compared to Mike Tyson, opened up to Mail Sport about being laser-focused on finally becoming world champion.

Tonight’s running order…

We have Wilder-Zhang last up, but you won’t want to miss the other four Warren vs Hearn fights on this card either.

Plus, we have a world title fight that is separate to the 5 vs 5 competition, with Dmitry Bivol defending his light-heavyweight belt against late replacement Malik Zinad.

Here’s how the night will play out, with the live action due to get underway shortly after 7pm…

Hearn vs Warren – the tale of the tape

The Hearn and Warren families have competed against one another for the best part of four decades.

Until recently, they hated one another! But now they have come together to put on a historic card, and Mail+ has taken a look at everything you need to know about Eddie Hearn and Frank Warren ahead of this evening’s event…

Deontay Wilder vs Zhilei Zhang tops huge card in Riyadh

We all love a good heavyweight scrap and that’s exactly what we will get in tonight’s main event.

Deontay Wilder and Zhilei Zhang will both be looking to get back on track after losing to Joseph Parker in their most recent outings.

Wilder will be representing Team Hearn, with Zhang on Warren’s side, and a knockout appears a virtual certainty when these two monster punchers collide.
